● Note :- on facial nerve paralysis
مفيش hyperacusis لو كان lesion في supra-geniculate
اما باقي level of lesion فيها
خلي بالك lacrimation is intact بس لو كان tympanic segement
طيب لو كان مثلا below stylomastoid foramen كل lacrimation و taste و salivation و stapedial reflex
كلهم normal
