Education Qualification:

Experience Requirement:
Minimum 12β14 years of experience in Quality functions within the automotive industry is mandatory.

Technical Competencies:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Inprocess Quality,Assembly process, Machine Shop, Precision Parts Measurement using various measuring equipment (CMM, gauges, instruments, etc.).
Thorough understanding of Casting, Forging, Heat Treatment, Precision Machining, and Automotive Component Assembly processes.
In-depth knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Proven experience in New Product Development Quality Planning (NPD-QP) during the product development phase.
Knowledge and practical execution capability of Automotive Core Tools:
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
Familiarity with Problem Solving Methodologies: 8D, PDCA, A3, etc.
Proficiency in Basic QA tools: SPC, MSA, Control Plans, etc.
Behavioral & Soft Skills:
Strong team player with the ability to lead cross-functional teams (CFTs) to achieve quality objectives.
Assertive and effective communication skills to interact with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
