Immediate Joining Required (or within 1 month)
Responsibilities:
1) Design and develop automotive lighting components (headlamps, tail lamps, fog lamps) using CATIA V5.
2) Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings with GD&T.
3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including optics, electrical, thermal, and manufacturing teams.
4) Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FMVSS, ECE, etc.) for automotive lighting.
5) Perform packaging studies and feasibility analysis in vehicle environment.
6) Provide DFM/DFA inputs and work with suppliers for tooling considerations.
Qualifications:
✔ Diploma/B.Tech, or B.E. or M.tech in Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Min 5 years of experience in Catia (Automotive Plastics & Surfacing).
