🎯 Mission:
The Global Process Support Engineer will provide technical and process expertise to Antolin’s global manufacturing sites, ensuring that production processes for automotive interior components meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. This role will support new product industrialization, process standardization, and continuous improvement across multiple global plants, with a special focus on Grupo Antolin product lines such as Overhead Systems, Door & Trim Panels, Ambient Lighting and Cockpit.

🛠️ Responsibilities:
Global Process Support
· Provide remote and on-site support to global plants for process optimization, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
· Ensure alignment to Grupo Antolin Global Process Standards and drive implementation of best practices across all sites.
New Product Industrialization
· Collaborate with global engineering teams during APQP and program launch phases.
· Prepare and review PFMEA, process flow diagrams, and control plans in line with customer and IATF 16949 requirements.
Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement
· Lead global process benchmarking to identify and roll out improvements in efficiency, quality, and ergonomics.
· Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Technical Documentation & Training
· Create and maintain process-related technical documentation, work instructions, and setup sheets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with Product Engineering, Tooling, Quality, and Program Management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Interface with OEM customers during trials, process audits, and sign-offs.

🔍 What we are looking for:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
· 5–8 years of experience in process engineering within the automotive interiors sector.
· Hands-on experience in troubleshooting equipment, optimizing manufacturing processes, and supporting new product launches.
· Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and related technologies.
