We’re looking for a Revit BIM Modeler with experience in MEP modeling and parametric family creation to join our dynamic team. If you have a solid background in HVAC systems and Revit tools, and are passionate about delivering high-quality BIM models for global projects, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Revit MEP models & parametric families (LOD as per project specs)
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural & MEPF disciplines
Extract shop drawings and identify design clashes
Work on international BIM projects (USA, UK, Australia, etc.)
Create & manage Revit families, schedules, sheets, and tags
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical
1+ year experience in Revit MEP modeling (HVAC focus)
