- Inspect the different types of parts CNC, Rubber, Plastic & forging etc.
- Able to read product drawings & understand the requirements product and process.
- He can be able to work independently with suppliers to monitoring & controlling the process and products.
- Candidate must knowledge of ISO 9001& AS9100.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Problem solving tools, 8D Analysis,
Responsibilities:
- He will be responsible to work at supplier to monitor operating Process, verification of process and product characteristics, In-process check at supplier end & report to Dept. for any suspicious.
- He will be responsible to inspect the parts as per the spec. (Drawing/WI/STD) at supplier end.
- He will be responsible to monitor supplier rejections/Rework on daily basis.
- Active participation in 5S, Kizan etc.
Behavioural attributes:
- Must be proactive and show initiative.
- Ready to work at suppliers on rotational basis.
