RT @ElonFactsX: “The point of fighting racism and sexism was to get rid of racism and get rid of sexism, not to change it to another form.”

And now Rocket is scaling its biggest advantage: AI.
Not as a PR gimmick—but as a full-stack automation layer already touching:
Loan processing
Underwriting
Lead scoring
Customer service
Marketing conversion
Margins up. Errors down. Speed exponential.
Tweet 6:
While other fintechs are talking about AI, Rocket has built proprietary, in-house AI—not just licensed APIs.
“Rocket Logic” is quietly becoming the brain of the entire platform.
This is Salesforce meets Zillow meets TurboTax—but for mortgages.
es $400M+ in long-term savings. Wall Street is missing it.

This will be our call of the year! Citron is officially pounding the table on $RKT.
This isn’t just a misunderstood stock. This is the sleeping juggernaut of real estate—leveraging AI, vertical integration, and data to build the Amazon of Housing.
Wall Street is asleep at this company which can just compound over the coming years
Rocket doesn’t need lower interest rates to win.
Everyone thinks $RKT is just a beta play on mortgage refis. That’s dead wrong.
Rocket is building the dominant real estate platform—where higher rates weed out competition and drive more share to scale players.
The U.S. mortgage market is still stuck in the 20th century.
Less than 15% of mortgages originated online yet 85% of all home searches start online.

The Mr. Cooper acquisition is underappreciated and has created a 1+1 =3. Wall Street still doesn’t get it. If Rocket were named “Rocket.ai” instead of generating real cash flow in a misunderstood, “boring” sector, this would already be a $30B company. But that’s exactly the opportunity. This isn’t a rate play—it’s a conviction long. Rocket is quietly using AI to modernize the most broken part of consumer finance: housing. They're not just originating loans—they're rebuilding the rails. Citron is pounding the table: $RKT is the fintech surprise of the decade, hiding in plain sight.

What we could see in the first refi boom: Rocket EBITDA (future): $2B
Mr. Cooper EBITDA: $1.5B
Redfin EBITDA (post-synergy): $500M
Total projected EBITDA: $4B
Applying a 15x multiple (reasonable for a dominant, AI-driven platform in a $12T TAM), the enterprise value = $60B.

Assuming 1.8B shares outstanding, that results in a share price of ~$33.33.

RT @wolfejosh: The Qatari population is a mere 200,000 people

The way they get a seat at the global table and have disproportionate influence is via

1. Nat gas which they have 50+ years of global demand for

2. Undermining strength of Saudi, UAEand other neighbors national identity by fomenting religious zealotry. How? They own and co tr Al Jazeera a brilliant move to influence and enagge and outrage 1B+ Muslim viewers. If people identify as Muslim instead of Saudi or Emirati or Bahraini etc then Qatar CA have more control over them including inciting them inside those countries. It is why Al Jazeera was banned by many Arab countries

3. Qatar uses it's money wisely and cunningly. You may know the "Qatar" brand from a decade of soccer jerseys. Or that they have acquired major real estate and other assets in UK and US and globally. They have funded over $3B of US universities for "mideast studies" departments to put professors and grad students to indoctrinate students and undermine western values.

4. They also are the largest investor in trump advisor Steve Witkoff fund as well as large investor in other close Trump associates funds. Have gifted a golf course, a plane and other ego gratifying Trump stroking moves to influence.

5. Their own military is insigicant. But their influence and power is off the charts.

RT @wolfejosh: Qatar played him perfectly
-We will get you the American hostage
-We will get you a new shiny plane, the best plane, bigger than other president plane, not just AF1 Air Force 1 Supreme Mega and then you retire it to your library. No president will ever afford such a beautiful huge plane.
-We will help you bring peace to the mideast and you will win a Nobel peace prize.
-of course you know for peace we need you to have Witkoff will say Israel is now the one that is not cooperating. We need them to stop their war
-We have so many many more good things we will buy, many more funds to be LPs maybe the biggest LPs
-there is a huge trade deal and we are prepared to own er invest so many institutions in America...

(especially ahead of POTUS Saudi visit). 200k people. Really really f'in shrewd. Insidiously shrewd. But global influence from Al jazeera to real estate to mosques preaching Muslim brotherhood to sports teams to massive university and...

RT @MarioNawfal: EARTH’S OXYGEN HAS AN EXPIRATION DATE—1 BILLION YEARS FROM NOW

A new supercomputer simulation says Earth will lose its oxygen supply in about 1 billion years, long before the Sun actually dies.

The Sun will keep getting hotter. That heat will evaporate oceans, destroy the carbon cycle, and kill photosynthesis—the process that gives us oxygen.

When plants die off, oxygen levels will crash. The atmosphere will fill with methane, like it did before complex life evolved.

Out of 400,000 simulations, nearly all showed the same outcome: a mass extinction-level drop in oxygen.

The study cuts the previous estimate—2 billion years of breathable air—in half.

No air, no humans, no animals. Only microbes that don’t need oxygen would survive.

RT @FutureJurvetson: The first peek into fully automated tunneling
At the end, you can see the hydraulic rams that push the rotary drill face forward and the rotary jig that places pre-formed concrete tiles at the forward edge of an expanding cylindrical tunnel.
