《華爾街日報》引述消息人士稱，中國政府考慮應對美國總統特朗普對打擊芬太尼轉運的關注，作為兩國開啟關稅談判的重點。 根據報道，公安部長王小洪近日參與中國政府內部有關應對特朗普關稅的討論，以提供關於如何阻止中國生產的化學原材料、運往美國以生產芬太尼的看法。 消息人士指出，王小洪較後時間與特朗普團隊成員可能在第三國會面，討論具體情況。但有關談判仍處於初步階段。 白宮與中國駐美大使館未有回應傳媒查詢。 中
