Atp I know that nomount is very complicated and full of bugs, so I simply changed my perspective; instead of hijacking the VFS, I converted nomount into a complete VFS. This is not ready and doesn't even have a metamodule, this is highly experimental.

When updating to the latest version of KernelSU-Next, please ensure you update both the kernel and the manager. Those using LKM must also update both LKM and the manager. They cannot update only the manager, nor can they update only the kernel/LKM. Otherwise, that could cause problems.
If you cannot update the kernel/LKM, simply use an older version of the manager.

If anyone wants to try this, there's a channel for ci: @neozygisk_fork
But I repeat, this is still an experimental project, and not yet established. If you try this and find any errors, you can report me.

I think that instead of spreading hate or competing over "who does it best," we should help each other. Life is too hard and time is too short to waste on imaginary competitions.

Hi, I'm here to talk a little bit about what's happening with this,
NoMount is going through a refactoring phase, where I'm looking to remove some unnecessary complexity from the project and make it more stable. I have fixed serious bugs, I also corrected other bugs that miraculously didn't cause serious bootloops, and I also improved the kernel-side hooks to improve portability.
At this moment, I couldn't say that the project is stable; I would rather say it is in a functional stage. There are still some things left to fix, but everything in due time.
If you try this and find bugs or experience bootloops, please let me know so can fix it as soon as possible :)
What is the point of living life pleasing others while you are dissatisfied with yourself? Just do what makes you happy, what your heart dictates.

Hi, I wanted to come here to tell you something, which maybe no one cares about, but I still wanted to say it.
Right now I'm going through a pretty tough time in my life. A lot has happened to me in these past two weeks, like my phone screen breaking and just today, my laptop screen breaking too. But also, on a personal level, things haven't been going very well.
So I want to take some time for myself, time away from social media, time away from everything. I feel like I need to stop, to give myself a break. I'm about to graduate and that's also overwhelming me.
I appreciate everyone who cares about me, or who's interested in my latest crazy projects like NoMount, and don't think I'm going to abandon it. NoMount is the project I've learned the most from, but I simply need to rest, I need to stop.
So, well, that's it. I'll be away for as long as I need (mostly while I get my phone and laptop fixed), I hope you can understand me.
Just as little birds fly and always return to their nest,
so too should we never stop returning to our nest, to our home.
We should never forget where we come from, because at some point,
we will always need somewhere to return to.

Currently, NoMount it's available in English, Spanish, Indonesian (thanks @therealmodder !) Chinese (thanks @ZYClark !) and Russian (thanks to @Sliva4 !).
If you'd like to contribute to the translation of NoMount into your language, you can create a pull request, and i'll merge it asap :)

Hello,
Today I have the immense pride to announce that the legendary modder @reiryuki has added official support for NoMount as a mounting method in the vast majority of his modules!
This makes NoMount the first and ONLY VFS redirection/injection subsystem to achieve this level of adoption by one of the biggest developers in the root scene!
I want to take a moment to give you all a giant thank you. To the kamikazes who tested NoMount in its earliest stages and to everyone who has been testing non-stop to bring the project's stability to this level. Equally, thank you very much to @M73trz for all your support and collaboration towards this project!
