I am happy to report that I stand corrected in my assessment of the approach that the QLD Government would take in their review of 'gender transitions'.

The former QLD Education Minister, Grace Grace (Italian btw), in her repudiation of the Government's decision has declared the move as 'ideology over Queenslander's health'.

I have previously summarised the academic literature on this issue, which you can read here, which completely and utterly refutes Grace's statement.

It is important to note that this response is more than just a calculated political response; Grace is a true believer. She has a 'transgender' child.
