Finally some sun. With the gym closed for months my training has been sporadic. Stoked to get my sweater vest outside and start the process of prioritizing my training again.
100 skips
50 double unders
100 KB swings
10 Turkish getups
Some staff training (just using intuition and some knowledge from training with the monks. Not really sure what I’m doing but I’ve sorted out some very effective techniques and it’s fun)
100 pull-ups (these are done through out the entire day)

For years I would ask people what they wanted to do with their life. When I was younger I didn't recognize all the blocks people had that for some reason I did not.

I always knew that I could create a life of meaning and purpose. I knew that I should follow my intuition and inner knowing.

A great deal of my teachings, life and coaching have been around achieving the impossible and understanding human potential. What is the purpose if we have nothing of meaning to shoot for?
