GTM

A found mental purpose of learning a language in GTM is to be able to read literature written in the target language. The teacher is the authority of the class room and the students can learn what they know. Some of the characteristics of this process students are taught to translate from one language into another and study grammar deductively. Students translate reading passage from the target language into their native language. Then students answer questions in the target language based on their understanding of the reading passage. Students are given one set of words and are asked to find antonyms in the reading passage.
