Entry Requirements for WIUT:

Entry requirements for the Certificate of International Foundation Studies have been set in order to select potential students who have proven academic ability and are able to demonstrate a solid foundation of skills in both Mathematics and English.

Intending students must meet the following criteria:

Applicants must:
Have grade C or above in GCSE O’ level English, or its equivalent
or
Have an IELTS score of 5.5 (with writing component no less than 5.0) or the equivalent TOEFL according to the WIUT/UoW conversion table.
or
Have achieved the required pass level on the WIUT Basic of English for Academic Purpose module at level 2. Results for WIUT Basic of English for Academic Purpose module at level 2 are valid only for two years, since accomplishment.

Applicants must have an acceptable level of competence in Mathematics. This could be demonstrated by one of the following:
A pass in an entrance test approved by the University of Westminster
or
Grade C or above in GCSE O’ level Mathematics or its equivalent.
or
Have achieved the required pass level on the WIUT Basic of Quantitative Skills in Quantitative
Methods module at level 2.
WIUT Math Exam is one of the main testing tools assessing candidates who plan to enter to CIFS Course or transfer to one of the Undergraduate Degree Courses at WIUT.Examination is held in English and lasts for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Equivalents to WIUT Math Exam are: SAT, GCSE, WIUT Basic of Quantitative Skills in Quantitative Methods module at level 2 (pre-university).


Important to know before taking Math Exam!

Arrive well before the scheduled start time. Entrance will be open at 2 pm. Exam starts at 3 pm.
If you arrive after 3 pm, you will not be allowed to take the exam.
You must leave outside of University premises any mobile phones, smart watches or other electronic devices (digital sound recorders, MP3 players, cameras, headphones, calculators, etc.).
Make sure that you have several non-erasable blue or black pens to complete the exam tasks.

Places for each Exam are limited.
If you already have proof of mathematics proficiency (WIUT Mathematics entrance exam result, GMAT, SAT, GCSE or equivalent) Apply to WIUT for further instructions.
You can register for another Mathematics Entrance exam only in the following cases:
your result is 39% or less;
you register by the deadline for available exams;
there are places available to sit the exam;
your documentary evidence is complete and valid.
Fee for Maths Entrance Exam 2020
The number of entrants has grown and so, therefore, have the costs of administration of the exam. The fee amount for Maths Exam is 150 000 UZS and will be used to cover the costs of the administration of the examination.

Агар сиз имтиҳоннинг Speaking қисмини топширган бўлсангиз, карантин даври тугаши билан Reading, Writing, Listening имтиҳонларини топширишингиз мумкин, шунда сизнинг Speaking бўйича топширган балингиз инобатга олинади.
