Анотація доповіді:

Aging is the main risk factor for cancer, neurodegeneration, and cardiovascular disease, contributing to the majority of deaths worldwide. Understanding its biology is key to extending healthspan and reducing the burden of age-related diseases.
Researchers have identified more than ten hallmarks of aging across molecular and organismal levels. The challenge remains: how to integrate this complexity into coherent insights?
This seminar will explore how methods from statistical physics, computer science, and machine learning can be used to build interpretable models of aging, analyze multi-omics data, and uncover strategies against age-related diseases.
