1. Середній термін закриття вакансій
Скільки часу ви витрачаєте на закриття вакансій? Це знати так само важливо, як і витрати на процес рекрутингу. Середній термін закриття вакансій — час від моменту появи вакансії в компанії до моменту, коли кандидат отримує і приймає оффер.

Далі розраховуємо за формулою:

Чзв = Кд / Кзв,
Кд — кількість днів роботи над заповненням всіх наявних вакансій за певний період;
Кзв — загальна кількість закритих вакансій за певний період.

2. Вартість закриття однієї вакансії
Вартість закриття однієї вакансії можна розрахувати, склавши всі витрати на закриття вакансії.

Наприклад:
▪️ витрати на публікацію вакансії на job-сайтах, доступ до баз резюме;
▪️ витрати на всі види реклами (банери, соцмережі, контекст);
▪️ витрати на мобільний зв'язок / Інтернет;
▪️ витрати на організацію робочого місця рекрутера;
▪️ облік заробітної плати рекрутера;
▪️ непрямі витрати пов'язані з рекрутингом.

3. Ефективність процесу рекрутингу

Розраховуємо за формулою:

Ер = (Ку / Кк) * 100%,
Ку — кількість кандидатів, які успішно проходять на наступний етап;
Кк — загальна кількість кандидатів, що проходили відбір.

Кожен етап відбору передбачає відсів здобувачів з різних причин. Така формула дозволяє зрозуміти причини, чому це сталося, і в майбутньому зробити рекрутинг ефективніше.

Керівникам компаній дуже важливо слідкувати за HR-метриками, щоб бути в курсі ситуації всередині організації та вчасно вжити відповідних заходів
