AI analysed 5 years of my business data..and embarrassed me.
Last year, AI analysed 5 years of my business data..and embarrassed me.
I spent hours extracting & uploading 5 years of financials, customer data, and content, fully expecting some groundbreaking strategy in return.
Instead, it gave me ONE single answer that stared me right in the face.
The thing that's been quietly holding my whole business back for years.
→ Why my offer, conversion, and retention being strong wasn't enough
→ The one thing I'd been avoiding for a looong time
→ What I did over the past 5 months that changed everything (in a way that actually fits me)

It’s okay to “screw up” if you do 1 thing.
A client I worked with this week kept beating herself up for missing her own deadlines.
She showed up to our call ready to confess, almost relieved to be told she needed more discipline.
I told her the opposite. The discipline is not the problem. The way she talks to herself when she misses is the problem.
There are three things I gave her instead of the discipline lecture.
The first is to know your own energy cycles, not somebody else's.
For me, deep writing happens in the morning and at night. Meetings live between two and six in the afternoon. The "right" schedule is the one that matches your physiology, not the one borrowed from someone with completely different wiring.
The second is to drop the guilt entirely when something slips.
Guilt creates a negative feedback loop in your nervous system. The shame makes the next attempt feel heavier. The heavier attempt is more likely to fail. The cycle compounds downward, and the missed days quietly multiply.
The third is to swap judgment for curiosity.
When something does not get done, the question is never "why am I so undisciplined." The question is "what was actually in the way today." Energy. Distraction. Fear. Task overwhelm. Each one has a different fix.
✅ Self-compassion plus curiosity beats self-criticism every single time.
The next time you miss something, do not punish yourself.
Pause and ask one question. “What was actually in the way?”
The honest answer is the entire intervention.
---
P.S. Imagine waking up tomorrow without the low-grade shame that has been sitting behind your inbox for months.
The way you talk to yourself in the missed days is the difference between a business that quietly recovers and one that quietly drifts.
I am running a small live workshop called Daily Lead Machine™.
- Who it's for: Coaches and service providers whose inconsistent days quietly turn into inconsistent months and inconsistent income.
- What we do: Build a daily fifteen-minute lead-gen rhythm that does not depend on willpower or perfect days.
- What you get: Lifetime recording, the daily story prompt library, six magnetic custom GPTs, and a live build of your own attraction asset.

My heart was beating faster than usual before I published this 😂
It's a culmination of the 4 biggest lessons from quitting my 9-5 to building a 6-figure lifestyle business I enjoy.
✅ The #1 thing I stopped tolerating
✅ The act of courage I was terrified of
✅ Why I almost quit & why I gave myself 1 final shot
✅ 1 thing I NEVER stopped doing all these years that helped
I hope it serves you today:

Make the marketing so strong selling disappears.
I told my Inner Circle this week, and a few of them looked genuinely relieved when I said it out loud.
I do not enjoy hard selling. I never have. The "hop on a quick call" cold DM has never been my engine, and I am not interested in pretending otherwise to fit the standard playbook.
So I made a different decision early on. Make the marketing so strong that the call itself becomes a soft conversation, not a pitch.
The result, after a decade of doing it this way, is a closing rate that sits between seventy and eighty percent on most months. Even when the prospect has been hard-sold by another coach the same week, the conversion holds.
There are two reasons strong marketing converts higher than strong selling.
The first is the prospect arrives at the call already pre-sold on the belief.
By the time we speak, they have already shifted their thinking through the content. The call is just confirmation. There is no convincing left to do.
The second is when selling feels heavy on you, you avoid it, and the avoidance is the leak.
Your launches get smaller. Your offers get vaguer. Your pricing drifts down. None of those happen when the marketing carries the weight.
The marketing is the engine. Daily reps that flip one belief, install one truth, open one quiet door for the watcher who is already ready to walk through.
✅ Strong marketing eliminates the need to constantly sell, almost completely.
Pick one belief your ideal client carries that is keeping them stuck. Write a short post that gently flips it. Close the post with one quiet door. Repeat tomorrow. That is the pull system. There is no third trick.
---
P.S. Imagine the marketing doing the heavy lifting, while the conversations on the calls feel like meeting a friend who already wants the work.
I have collected over a million dollars in coaching revenue this way over the last decade, and I have not enjoyed selling once during that decade.
I am running a small live workshop called Daily Lead Machine™.
- Who it's for: Coaches and service providers who quietly hate the hard sell but still want a calendar full of qualified conversations.
- What we do: Build the daily pull system that does the selling, so the calls feel easy and aligned with how you actually coach.
- What you get: Lifetime recording, the magnetic content workshop full recording as a bonus, six magnetic custom GPTs, and a live build of your asset.

Authentic authority has little to do with credentials.
I was teaching authentic authority on our Inner Circle call last week, and a sleep coach in the room dropped this line.
"You don't sleep when you are tired. You sleep when you are at peace."
The room went quiet, then everyone reached for their phones to write it down.
That single line is worth more than any of his certifications, and the reason matters for every coach who is waiting to feel "qualified enough" to start posting.
There are three layers to authentic authority that have very little to do with credentials.
The first is sharing different areas of life, not just the work.
Family. Faith. Fitness. Hobbies. The watchers need to see a full human, not just a service provider in a niche.
The second is sharing worldviews and beliefs that shift how people think.
The line above is one of these. It does not teach a tactic. It reframes how the reader hears the entire problem the moment they encounter it.
The third is owning consistent words and phrases.
The terms you repeat. The frameworks you teach. The phrases your audience starts borrowing. Mine are "you got this," "work from home," and "master implementers."
✅ People remember you for the ideas you own, not the credentials you list.
This weekend, write down one belief about your craft that you would defend in any room. That sentence is the foundation of your authentic authority. Post it next week and watch which kind of person it pulls in.
---
P.S. Imagine the right people remembering one specific line of yours, three weeks after they read it, and finally raising their hand because of it.
I have invested over a hundred and fifty thousand dollars into my own mentorship, and the single highest-ROI lesson I learned was this one.
I am running a small live workshop called Daily Lead Machine™.

How to make any post stop sounding generic.
Vulnerable does not equal viral. The most authentic post you have ever written is probably also the most generic one, and that is exactly why nothing has been landing.
On our community call last week, I taught the Resonance Map. A coach in the room had been writing "present with family" content for months, getting decent reach but almost no qualified DMs.
The fix was not more “authentic” content. It was one specific word swap.
There are two reasons authentic-but-generic posts quietly underperform.
The first is the algorithm cannot tell who the post is even for.
"Be present with family" is true for everyone. It pulls in colleagues, strangers, retirees, casual scrollers. None of them are ready to buy what you sell.
The second is the reader cannot self-identify either.
A vague desire reads like a billboard. A specific one reads like a mirror. The reader only stops scrolling at the mirror, every single time.
The Resonance Map is the fix. It is four clean quadrants. Now versus Future, and Away from pain versus Toward a desire.
Every strong post lives squarely inside one of those four corners. The strongest ones pin one specific desire in the exact words your reader already uses inside their own head.
"Confident your child's future is bright" lands harder than "present with family." "Make more money while still being home for dinner" lands harder than "make more money."
Same reader scrolling past both. Two completely different reactions, every single time.
✅ Specific words from your reader's own head outperform every vulnerable confession on the internet.
This week, take one of your last five posts. Find the line where you wrote a generic desire. Rewrite it in the exact phrasing your last paying client used in their DMs to you. Then repost it and watch what shifts by Friday.
You got this.
---
P.S. Imagine the next post you write pulling in only the watchers who are ready to raise their hand, instead of every casual scroller the algorithm sends past.
I have served twelve hundred-plus students and a hundred and fifty private clients, and almost every breakthrough post I have written started by stealing one specific phrase from a paying client's DM.
I am running a small live workshop called Daily Lead Machine™.

The New Lead Generation Method in 2026
Most entrepreneurs are still running the lead gen playbook from 2020.
That playbook quietly stopped working in 2026.
For years I copied the lead gen playbook of every successful coach I followed: 24-page guides, free eBook downloads, free strategy call invites, the works.
None of it brought me the quality of leads I expected, and I assumed the problem was me.
There are 2 reasons the old lead gen playbook quietly stopped working.
One, the assets are generic by design.
A 32-page PDF is built to appeal to the widest possible audience, which means it has to be generic.
Generic content gets downloaded but nobody feels recognized in it.
No felt recognition means no DM, no reply, no booked call.
Two, the playbook relies on a brand strength the reader hasn't built yet.
The famous coaches teaching these tactics have years of trust banked.
People download their guides because of who's offering it, not because the guide itself is what they needed.
Strip out the famous name and the same asset converts at a fraction.
The tactic was never the thing. The brand wrapped around it was.
The lead gen tactics that work in 2026 are the ones that solve a specific problem for a specific person.
AI tools that give a real answer.
Diagnostics that surface a real bottleneck.
Custom GPTs that do specific work.
Anything that creates a moment of "this was built for me."
✅ The new lead magnet isn't a download, it's a tool that solves a real problem.
The fastest way to find your new lead magnet is to look at what you've already built for private clients (or yourself) in the last 90 days.
After ~150 private clients, the pattern that worked for me has been consistent: the tool you built to solve one client's specific problem is usually the one your audience will raise their hand for too.
Pick that one tool or diagnostic, strip the client-specific details out, and ship it.
You got this.
Marc
P.S. Imagine shipping one specific tool your ideal client would actually use & thank you for.
After $150K+ invested in coaching programs and every lead gen tactic the gurus teach, the pattern is clear: the new lead magnet is a tool, not a download.
- Spot the dying lead magnet you're still defending and the one to replace it with
- Ideate your modern attraction asset (AI tool, diagnostic, or custom GPT) live in the room
- Install the daily structure that turns the asset into qualified DMs every week

The 4-Week Cycle to Stop Wondering What to Promote Ever Again
Most entrepreneurs wake up on Monday wondering what to promote this week.
That weekly guessing game is what burns them out faster than the promotion itself.
Last week a private client of mine in the wellness space told me she felt stuck in a recurring cycle. She'd promote something, follow up briefly, hit a disruption, then go quiet until the next month.
Every month started from zero.
There are 2 reasons the 4-week cycle works while constant promotion doesn't.
One, decision fatigue is what drains entrepreneurs, not the work itself.
Every time you sit down to decide what to promote, your brain treats it like a brand new problem.
The cognitive load adds up across the week, and by Thursday you're burned out from decisions you should never have had to make.
A 4-week cycle pre-decides everything.
For example: Week 1 is a lead magnet. Week 2 is a challenge. Week 3 is a workshop. Week 4 is your main offer.
You stop wasting energy on what to post.
Two, momentum compounds when each week feeds the next.
In the old model, every promotion lives alone. You start cold, then watch it die when you switch.
In a 4-week cycle, each week feeds the next. The lead magnet sets up the challenge. The challenge feeds the workshop. The workshop feeds the sales conversations, and nothing along the way is wasted.
Promotion isn't a Monday-morning guessing game, it's a 4-week cycle that already knows what's coming.
The plan does the thinking. Your job is to execute. The week stops feeling like a fresh problem.
✅ The day you stop wondering what to promote is the day promotion stops draining you.
This is also why my Mondays go to family instead of the laptop. The cycle does the thinking for me.
Map your next 4 weeks before tonight ends. One lead magnet, one challenge, one workshop, one offer. Make every week feed the next.
You got this.
Marc
P.S. Imagine waking up on Monday with this week's promotion already mapped and the workshop two weeks out already filling itself.
After 1,200+ students taught, the entrepreneurs who never burn out are the ones running structured monthly cycles, not freestyling every week.
- Build the 4-week cycle so every Monday already knows what to promote
- Stack each week so the lead magnet, challenge, workshop, and offer all feed each other
- Run lead generation as a simple daily system, not as a guessing game

You DO NOT Need to be Famous To Generate Daily Qualified Leads
Most entrepreneurs believe they need a massive personal brand and daily content to generate qualified leads.
That belief is keeping them stuck.
After 1,200+ clients, the pattern in my best lead-gen ones is consistent.
They post less than once a week. Their inboxes still fill with qualified DMs anyway.
There are 2 reasons this works.
One, content volume isn't the same as lead generation.
Daily content keeps you visible.
Lead generation requires something specific people will raise their hand for.
You can have all the visibility in the world and still get zero qualified DMs if you've never given anyone a clear reason to raise their hand.
Two, what people actually want is something specific they'd pay for.
Most lead magnets are "interesting" but generic, so people skim them and move on.
The lead magnets that drive real conversations solve a specific problem someone would actually pay to fix. They look like tools, diagnostics, templates, or custom GPTs that deliver small, tangible wins.
Posting content without an asset like this is like running ads to a broken landing page. You get visibility, but you never get conversations.
Lead generation isn't about producing more content.
It's about producing one specific thing your ideal client genuinely wants.
Not a 24-page guide they'll skim. Not a free strategy call that gets ghosted. Something specific they'd quietly pay you for.
This is why I can run a coaching practice while staying off social media for weeks. Lead gen never depended on my content volume. It depended on the one tool I'd already built.
✅ You don't need a big brand or daily content, you need one thing your ideal client would gladly pay for.
Look at what you've already been paid for in the last 12 months.
Pick one outcome a client paid you to deliver, and wrap it into a small tool, diagnostic, or template that delivers a piece of that same outcome on its own.
That's exactly how I built my Magnetic Content Audit and Hooks Engineer. Same tools my private clients use, now in the hands of anyone in my community who wants them.
(Reply 'magnetic' if you want me to send them.)
P.S. Imagine opening Instagram Monday morning to two qualified DMs already waiting in your inbox, and you haven't posted since last Wednesday.
After 2,200+ coaching calls, I have stripped lead generation down to four moves you can run in 15 minutes a day.
- Ideate the specific attraction asset your ideal client would pay you for, live in the room
- Install the 4 CTA types that quietly convert silent viewers into qualified DMs every week
- Build the daily story rhythm that fills your inbox even when you stop posting

Daily Lead Machine™ — Live Workshop with Marc Teo
3 to 5 qualified leads a day in 15 minutes, without hard selling. Live 2.5-hour build session, S$57 early access.
Most entrepreneurs think giving away an AI tool counts as lead generation.
Most of it doesn't even come close.
Last week a client of mine in my Inner Circle came to a call excited about an AI chatbot he was building. Days of work, multiple integrations, a slick dashboard.
I asked one question: "Who's this lead-generating for?"
He paused, then admitted the chatbot would help his existing clients but wasn't pulling anyone new in. That's productive procrastination, dressed up in 2026 clothes.
I see the same pattern everywhere now. Coaches are giving away custom GPTs, AI tools, frameworks, and elaborate diagnostics that look impressive and pull hundreds of opt-ins. None of it converts, because the tools have nothing to do with the buyer they're meant to attract.
There are 2 reasons this happens.
One, sexy tools attract attention, not buyers.
A flashy custom GPT or AI diagnostic gets shared because it's novel, not because it solves a real buyer's real problem.
The opt-ins come from curiosity, not from need. People who opt in out of curiosity never reply, never engage, never convert.
Two, the tool has to map to a problem your buyer is willing to pay to solve.
If your AI tool helps people brainstorm 100 hooks and your buyer pays you to fix their lead flow, your tool is solving the wrong problem.
The tool itself is impressive, but the fit to your buyer is broken.
A useful tool that misses the buyer is a vanity lead magnet wearing modern clothes.
An AI tool only counts as lead generation when it solves the specific problem your buyer is willing to pay for. Looking sexy isn't a strategy, and volume of opt-ins isn't either.
✅ The lead magnet that converts is the one built for your buyer, not the one that wins on novelty.
This is why my own lead gen runs without me having to be online all day. A small, focused tool beats a sexy one every time.
Before you build another AI tool to give away, run it through one filter: "Does this solve a problem my ideal buyer would pay me to solve?"
If the answer is yes, ship it. If no, no matter how impressive it looks, you're building lead gen theatre, not lead gen.
You got this.
Marc
P.S. Imagine your next lead magnet pulling in only the buyers who would gladly pay for it, while every other coach is busy building AI projects that convert nobody.
After ~150 private clients, the pattern across failed AI lead magnets is the same: the tool was impressive, the buyer fit was broken.
- Audit your existing lead magnets through the "would-they-pay-for-this" filter
- Replace sexy-but-irrelevant tools with one that solves a problem your ideal client would pay to fix
- Stop building lead gen theatre that looks impressive and converts nobody

Why Lead Gen Doesn't Worry Me Anymore (What I Did)
Most entrepreneurs treat lead generation like a forever worry that has to be ground out every Monday morning.
It doesn't have to feel that way.
I rarely talk about this publicly because it can sound like a flex.
Lead generation hasn't been a worry in my business for months.
The worry didn't gradually fade. It quietly disappeared the moment one specific thing was in place.
There are 2 reasons lead generation stopped being a worry.
One, you stop worrying when one asset is doing the heavy lifting.
Most entrepreneurs worry about lead gen because every week starts from zero.
New content, new pitch, new attempt to be noticed.
When you have one asset that consistently pulls qualified people into your world, the week stops starting from zero.
The asset does the pulling. You just keep showing up.
Two, the system runs whether you feel like it or not.
Once you build a simple daily rhythm around the asset, lead generation stops needing your motivation.
AI handles the volume of ideas. The rhythm handles the consistency.
You handle the small win and the soft invite, which takes 15 minutes.
The system doesn't care whether you slept badly or had a rough morning. It runs anyway, every single day.
Lead generation stops being a worry the moment it stops needing your willpower.
It doesn't have to be loud. It doesn't have to be daily. It doesn't even have to involve you doing all of it. It just has to be running quietly underneath.
✅ The day lead generation stops being a worry is the day you stop selling and start running a system.
The next time lead generation feels like a worry, ask yourself one question: *"Which is broken right now, my asset or my system?"* If the asset is broken, you have nothing for people to raise their hand for. If the system is broken, the asset is sitting there doing nothing.
Almost every worry I see in my clients traces back to one of those two.
You got this.
Marc
P.S. Imagine waking up Monday morning to qualified DMs already in your inbox, not because you posted something brilliant on Sunday, but because the system was running while you were with your family.
After 1,200+ students taught, the same daily rhythm works whether you've been at this for 6 months or 6 years.

The One-Word Change to Upgrade His Trial Offer for Life
Most service businesses offering a free trial are quietly running a broken offer.
Last week a private client of mine running a kids' coaching practice walked me through his offer. He'd been running a free trial class for years, and the conversion wasn't where he wanted.
I told him the trial wasn't the problem, the framing was.
We renamed it from "free trial class" to "free assessment" with three specific components:
- A personal assessment of where the child is right now and what's holding them back
- Immediate quick wins tailored to that child's body type and learning style
- A clear path to accelerate progress with minimal time investment
Same session, same coach, same hour of his time. Different name, different framing, different perceived value.
There are 2 reasons one word changes everything.
One, a "trial" frames the offer as a transaction, not a transformation.
When someone hears "free trial," their brain treats it like a sample.
They show up to evaluate, not to commit. They're waiting for the sales pitch they assume is coming, which means they spend the whole session in evaluation mode.
Two, an "assessment" frames the offer as a result.
When someone hears "free assessment," their brain treats it like a service they're receiving.
They show up ready to listen, take notes, and get value. The session becomes the proof of competence, not the pitch.
Conversion goes up because they're not waiting to say no to a pitch that never comes.
The same offer, with the right word in front of it, converts at a completely different rate.
Words frame perception, perception frames behavior, behavior frames conversion.
✅ The most powerful thing to shift your offer is to tweak the packaging around it.
This is also why my lead gen still flows on the afternoons I'm with my family. The framing did the heavy lifting months ago.
Look at every entry-point offer in your business this week: your free trial, free call, discovery session, free download, free guide.
Ask one question of each: "Does the word I'm using promise evaluation or promise a result my ideal clients actually want?"
You got this.
Marc
P.S. Imagine your trial offer suddenly converting because nothing changed except the word on the front of it.
I've audited hundreds of offers, and the framing change consistently produces the biggest jumps in conversion.
- Audit every entry-point offer through the result-vs-evaluation lens
- Rename your trial to a result-promising name in under 10 minutes
- Watch conversions lift without changing a single thing about the actual session

Would you like my personal notes from Tony Robbins' latest program for free? (AI companion included)
Just finished 2.5 days (overnight 😅) going through Tony Robbins' Rapid Planning Method, the exact system he's used to run 140+ companies over the past 4 decades.
And wow, it was sooo good.
A quick taste of what I picked up:
→ The "Fix-It-Forever" framework to permanently kill any source of stress in one sitting
→ The 5-level leverage system Tony uses to run 140+ companies without burning out
→ Why most people use the best time management systems in the world but still feel stuck
I'm taking the entire method apart, rebuilding it into structured notes, and plugging it into an AI Companion so I can query it like a coach in my pocket.
And if you'd like access to the full set when it's done...

My #1 Rule for Charging Premium Prices Successfully
Most entrepreneurs think they'll charge premium when they're ready. They have the order backwards.
Years ago, before I'd built any real business, I invested $30K in coaching the same week I quit my job. I had no clients, no proof, and no plan.
Everyone around me thought I was insane. Three months later I 20x'd my pricing from $200 to $6,000 per client. It wasn't because of a better funnel.
The reason was something my 8-figure mentor pressed into me for years.
"Your Internal always reflects external. Appreciate your own value, your price will appreciate too."
Here’s what it means:
One, you cannot ask others to do what you won't do.
You're asking prospects to wire you S$5K, S$10K, S$18K to invest in their growth before they see results.
Meanwhile you haven't dropped that kind of money on your own development in years. Your prospects can feel that gap on a call. They mirror you, not your sales script.
Two, your pricing trains your audience how to value you.
If your wallet says "I invest cheap on myself," your offers will read cheap too.
The polish doesn't save it. The energy underneath leaks through every email, every post, every call.
Three, premium pricing requires premium identity first.
You can't charge from a self-image you haven't built yet. Identity comes first, evidence follows.
Most stuck entrepreneurs wait for proof before they invest, then wonder why they can't attract premium clients who do the exact opposite.
Premium pricing is not a marketing tactic. It is a self-image audit.
Your prospects pay what you pay yourself. They invest at the level you invest. They commit at the level you commit.
✅ Your price ceiling is your self-investment ceiling, never one cent higher.
What I do every quarter: I check the gap between my own coaching investment and my highest offer.
If the gap closes, my pricing feels wobbly to prospects. If the gap stays wide (I invest more in me than they invest in me), my pricing lands without me having to defend it. The math is that simple.
You got this.

The 6-Figure Lifestyle Business Path, Marc Teo
The 9 systems behind every aligned, simple, profitable 6-figure lifestyle business, in one free training.
The 2-word diagnosis my 8-figure mentor taught me
Most stuck entrepreneurs are chasing a new strategy. They don't need one.
A few years back I was on a call with my 8-figure mentor. I'd been "stuck" for months, reshuffling funnels, offers, and niches every three weeks. He listened for ten minutes then asked one question that changed how I diagnose every client now.
"Are you stuck, or are you absent?"
Most entrepreneurs use those two words like they mean the same thing. They point to very different problems.
One, stuck means something is jammed.
The pieces are already there. Energy, offer, audience, skill. But something is blocking the flow. A fear, a belief, an old story running underneath. The fix is to find what's jamming the system and REMOVE it.
Two, absent means something is missing.
A piece is genuinely not there yet. The offer isn't built. The audience hasn't been spoken to in 6 weeks. The fix is to ADD the missing piece.
Most stuck entrepreneurs default to ADD. New tool, new framework, new course, new niche. They keep stacking when the real problem is a jam underneath that no amount of stacking will clear.
That is why "more strategy" never moves the needle for them. They are adding to a system that needs removing first.
Diagnosis comes before strategy, always. Most entrepreneurs skip diagnosis because removing feels harder than adding. Adding feels like progress and removing feels like loss. But the operator who learns to remove first compounds 10x faster than the one who keeps stacking.
✅ If your business has been growing in tools but not in revenue, you are absent in nothing. You are jammed in something.
Look at the last 5 things you bought, built, or added to your business in the past 90 days. Then ask yourself one honest question. *"Did adding this clear a jam, or did I add it to avoid finding the jam?"*
If you can't name the jam you were clearing, you were avoiding the real work.
You got this.

I’m launching a new AI-feature by the end of the month
In the next few weeks, I am launching a brand new AI feature for my private clients.
It is something I have been quietly building for months, and 3 weeks ago, I ran the first internal version with my Inner Circle as the test room.
It is called the Monthly Mapping™ Workshop.
It is the exact monthly planning process I run for myself every month, now installed inside the program so every private client runs it for the rest of their time inside.
The workshop walks each client through 4 lanes in 60 to 90 minutes: what to focus on, what to promote, what to strategise, and the personal priorities the month has to protect outside the business.
By the end of the session, every client walks out with the next four weeks already mapped. Lead magnet, content rhythm, offers, partnerships, and personal commitments, all sequenced so each week feeds the next.
I have also paired the workshop with a simple AI prompt I am giving every client.
After the workshop, they paste everything they planned into the prompt, and it consolidates the entire month into one clean plan they can run from, without flipping between five tabs and a half-written Notion.
I built this because the bottleneck for most entrepreneurs from $0 to $20K/month stage is not knowledge.
It is not knowing exactly what to focus on.
This closes that gap, every single month, on the same day, with me in the room.
This is also why I’m launching a AI companion to help them with everything above automatically too.
This way they not only get me, but a 24/7 AI coach trained on everything I’ve ever taught, trained and learned.
My vision to cut 90% of my courses & modules by replacing them with AI tools & systems is coming into fruition. Stay tuned 😉
You got this.

Confession: I Get Nervous During Any Physical Event
Over the past few years, I've been getting nervous whenever I attend or conduct physical events.
People come up to me and say hi. They thank me for something I made that helped them.
Half the time, I genuinely don't know how to respond. For a guy who used to hide in the toilet between sessions at events, this whole thing is still a bit surreal.
Upon reflecting, I realised something.
Many of these people had never spoken to me before.
They had only consumed my content, my lead magnets, my tools, my offers.
That was the power of lead generation. It had built trust at scale in rooms I had never walked into.
Adam Grant taught me this years ago:
The best networking happens before you walk into the room.
By the time you're in it, people already know you, already trust you, already want to talk to you.
There are 2 reasons this only works through systems.
One, you cannot scale yourself through 1-on-1 effort.
You can only talk to so many people in a day, and only write so many DMs in a week.
The math of a personal brand built on direct contact alone runs out fast.
Lead generation through systems is the only way trust scales without your time scaling with it.
Two, the asset creates impact whether you ever meet the person or not.
This is the part most entrepreneurs miss.
A good lead magnet, a useful tool, a clear teaching post: these create real impact in people's lives the moment they consume them.
The sale is just the visible byproduct. The impact is the actual product.
Lead generation isn't chasing sales. It's building impact at scale with strangers you'll never meet.
Even if nobody buys from me, the value the asset created in someone's life is real.
✅ The best lead generation creates impact before it ever creates a sale.
The next time you sit down to build a lead magnet, change the question you're asking.
Stop asking "how do I get more leads from this?" Start asking "what real impact does this create the moment someone consumes it?"
If the answer is "none," the asset is broken before it leaves your laptop. If the answer is specific, you're already 80% of the way there.
You got this.

Just read up on quantum physics.
Which I swear I’ll never actually learn 😂
What got me to pick it up: the title was about money & wealth.
That alone is the lesson for all of us today.
People don’t buy what they need.
They buy what they want. And the smartest teachers, marketers, & leaders all do the same thing:
They lead with what the audience WANTS (money, freedom, status, results).
Then they layer in what the audience actually NEEDS (mindset, identity, even quantum physics apparently haha)
If the book was titled “Quantum Physics for Beginners,” I’d never have opened it. But because it was wrapped in something I care about, I read the whole thing.
So whether you’re writing content, pitching offers, or having a sales convo:
✅ Start with the outcome they’re chasing.
✅ Then teach them what they really need to get there.
The more you practice this…the more your income & impact grows.
So do you know what your audience REALLY wants?

He told me he was committed. He wasn't.
Most entrepreneurs say they're committed. They're interested.
A few days ago on a coaching call, a private client told me he was 100% committed to hitting his first $20K month. He's been running a consultancy at consistent $8K months for over a year. Ambitious and capable as they come. I asked him one question. *"What is the daily action driving that outcome, at what time, on which days?"* He fell silent for a long beat. Then he gave a vague answer about "showing up consistently and posting more." That answer wasn't real commitment. That was vibes wearing a serious face.
Two things separate interest from commitment.
One, interest sounds like a vibe. Commitment sounds like a behaviour.
"I want to make more money" is interest. "I send 10 DMs to past clients every weekday at 9am" is commitment. The first is a feeling. The second is a verb, a number, a frequency, a time. Interest cannot be measured at the end of the week. Commitment can.
Two, interest protects your ego. Commitment exposes it.
When you stay vague, you can never fail. Your goal lives in the abstract where reality cannot touch it. The moment you name the specific action and time, you create something that can quietly humiliate you on Friday. That is the actual reason most entrepreneurs refuse to be specific. Specificity invites failure into the room, and ego cannot tolerate that exposure.
Commitment is not a feeling. It is an observable behaviour, done at a specific time, on specific days, for a specific number of reps.
If you cannot name the behaviour, the time, and the rep count, you are not committed. You are interested. Most stuck entrepreneurs have been interested in the same goal for 3 years and call it commitment because it sounds better.
✅ Interest lives in your head. Commitment lives on your calendar.
Take your most "committed" goal right now and run the specificity test. Name the activity, the frequency, the time of day, the days of the week.
If you can't fill in all four, your goal is interest dressed up as commitment. Add the four specifics or admit you weren't actually committed yet.

My client called it misalignment. It was an excuse.
Most people think they are stuck because of misalignment.
They are not. They are scared.
An entrepreneur I worked with last week told me her new side-business felt "off." She called it misaligned and not the right fit. She wanted to step back and rethink the whole thing.
I asked her to slow down & walked through it with her. What she was calling misalignment had nothing to do with the work itself. It was fear of making a wrong call she would have to live with for the next two years.
The actual work was fine. The decision-weight was the problem.
There are 2 reasons fear and misalignment look identical from the inside, and why most coaches mis-diagnose this for years.
**One, both feelings live in the same part of your body.**
That tight, drag-y, "I do not want to" feeling shows up the same way whether the project is genuinely wrong for you or whether you are simply scared of how big a yes it would take. The body cannot tell you the difference. You have to interrogate it.
**Two, calling it misalignment is the less scary option.**
"This is not aligned" sounds like wisdom. "I am scared" sounds naked. Most operators will quietly pick the prettier word every time, and they will never realise they swapped them.
Misalignment feels dead. Fear feels alive. If your "misalignment" still has a pulse in your chest, you are scared, not misaligned.
The cost of calling fear by the wrong name is years of pivots that never had to happen.
✅ Real misalignment feels boring. Fear feels electric.
Next time you label something misaligned, sit with one question.
*If I knew this would succeed, would I still want to walk away?*
If the answer is no, you do not have an alignment problem. You have a courage gap.
You got this💙
