🔹1927: दिल्ली प्रस्ताव :
मुस्लीम नेत्यांनी संविधानाच्या मसुद्यामध्ये मुस्लिम मागण्यांसाठी चार प्रस्ताव मांडले, ज्यात संयुक्त मतदार आणि विधान मंडळांमध्ये वाढलेले प्रतिनिधित्व यांचा समावेश आहे. हे प्रस्ताव काँग्रेसने मद्रास अधिवेशनात स्वीकारले.
🔹1929: दिल्ली जाहीरनामा :
राष्ट्रीय नेत्यांनी भारतासाठी वर्चस्वाचा दर्जा, गोलमेज परिषदेत काँग्रेसचे प्रतिनिधित्व आणि सलोख्याचे धोरण अशी मागणी करणारा जाहीरनामा जारी केला. व्हाईसरॉय इर्विनने या मागण्या नाकारल्या, त्यामुळे पूर्ण स्वराज (संपूर्ण स्वातंत्र्य) ची हाक दिली गेली.

महात्मा गांधी आणि लॉर्ड आयर्विन यांनी दुसऱ्या गोलमेज परिषदेपूर्वी एक करार केला. सध्या सुरू असलेल्या सविनय कायदेभंगाच्या चळवळीचे निराकरण करणे आणि वाटाघाटीचा मार्ग मोकळा करणे हा या कराराचा उद्देश होता.

सुभाषचंद्र बोस यांनी स्वातंत्र्यलढ्याला पाठिंबा देण्यासाठी "दिल्ली चलो" ही घोषणा दिली. गांधींनी दुसऱ्या महायुद्धात भाग घेण्याविरुद्ध मर्यादित सत्याग्रह सुरू केला, अटक न झाल्यास दिल्लीकडे कूच करण्याची योजना होती.

🔆 Treaty on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge
✅It was adopted at the Diplomatic Conference held under the aegis of the World Intellectual Property Organization at its headquarters in Geneva.
📍Key points
✅It mandates that, where a patent application involves genetic resources, the applicant must disclose the country of origin or source.
✅If traditional knowledge associated with genetic resources is involved, the applicant must disclose the Indigenous Peoples or local community that provided it.
✅Genetic resources, found in entities such as medicinal plants and agricultural crops, are often utilized in patented inventions, although they themselves cannot be patented.
✅Once ratified by 15 contracting parties, the Treaty will establish an international legal framework requiring patent applicants to disclose the origin of genetic resources and the associated traditional knowledge used in their inventions.
