Saturday November 16th
This will be our last bowl for 2019 and this will be our Holiday Bowl with costume contest.
Suiters and Nonsuiters are welcome to compete! Wear a costume that has something to do with winter or the winter holidays. Everyone will then vote for a favorite in the Fursuiter and Non-suiter categories and the winner will get a little goodie bag with some fun treats!

Our next Furbowl will be tomorrow, February 1st. Hope to see everyone there!
Dont forget that the next MA Furbowl is March 14th! With it being so close to St. Patty's day itd be a great time to break out all your green! 🍀🇮🇪
Important: The Staff have discussed and we are CANCELLING THE MARCH FURBOWL. Bowling is a very hands on activity and with the status of Covid-19 in New England we want to act with caution. We apologize deeply for this, we all want to see friends too but health is most important!
To all Massachusetts Furs that subscribe to this channel: We wanted to provide updates from Governor Baker's Press Release he just had. There has been a ban on gatherings above 25 people and as such furbowls are on hold until we get through this. If you are a MA resident please review the press release for important updates. https://twitter.com/MassGovernor/status/1239310729062133761?s=19

Late night post, we know, but we wanted to tell you we're thinking on of you all. We miss our beautiful community and hope you are all safe during this time.
Whenever it is safe for events to occur again we promise you we will be hosting one, but for now, stay healthy! 💜💜💜

We promise you that the Mass Fur Bowl will return, likely early fall. Right now myself, Gale, and the other admins have been busy with getting caught back up on life and our schedules have been jam packed.
But we want to host some outdoor meetups for the interim, including a few events on weeknights. So for our first event, we want to host an event at Wompatuck State Park in Hingham, MA. https://www.mass.gov/locations/wompatuck-state-park
This is a massive state park, so we ask everyone to park at and meet up at the Visitor Center! There are picnic tables in this area so if folks want to bring their own food and eat together that's fine, just know that Alcohol is strongly prohibited in MA state parks and we will not tolerate any at our furmeet.
People should bring frisbees or lawn games or the like if folks want to use some of the grassy areas to play.
Fursuiters are welcome, but please note that you can only use the bathrooms to change into under armor, do not use them to get into your suit, plan to change into your suit in your car.
Gale will bring her camera to get some photos of fursuiters on the nearby easy nature trail.
Please make sure to wear sunscreen and bug spray for when you are out of suit and be careful of overgrowth and tall grasses due to ticks.
Important: If you are not fully vaccinated we ask you wear a mask any time you cannot be distant from others or go inside the Visitor's Center!
Hopefully this is something we can do a few more of on various weeknights and weekends while we get ready to bring the furbowl back!

Wompatuck State Park
Wompatuck State Park spans 3,526 acres of forest, streams and ponds. Offering an over 250 site campground, 12 miles of non-motorized roads and 40 miles of forest trails, the park is a great place to get into nature.
Reminder that our Wompatuck State Park furmeet is tomorrow! We cannot wait to see you you there!
Furmeet today!
5pm - 8pm EST
Reminder that everyone must either be fully vaccinated or wear a mask if within 6' of each other! These are per the CDC guidelines. A fursuit with balaclava beneath does count as a mask.
If you're fully vaccinated please remember to still ask about hugs, as we know that some people are still getting used to seeing others again.
