Update on commissions, the queue and my current situation
Hello everyone!
As some of you may know, I began working a full-time job since a couple of months ago. I had a dream of making music my main source of income, after leaving my last job, but rising living costs and debt made that dream impossible to sustain. I'm very happy about my new job though, cus for the first time in more than a year I'm able to breathe and not worry at every moment about my survival and my rising debt.
As a consequence of that, I have waaay less time now to work on commissions. I'm too neurodivergent to essencially keep working two jobs with no time to rest, even with the aid of medication and therapy.
In practice, this means I can't possibly keep the turnaround times I promised anymore, and the turnaround time for all queued commissions is now indefinite.
Those of you who are willing to wait will have your commissions done when the time comes. Those of you who wish to refund your commissions can do so as per the TOS you agreed to, HOWEVER, please let me know in advanced so we can agree on a repayment plan, as I'm still financially recovering and I have no means of refunding a whole batch of them at the same time. PLEASE DO NOT USE PAYPAL'S REFUND FEATURE
I'm very sorry for this and I wish I could be giving better news, specially to those who have been waiting for so long, but this is the truth, and my belief from the very beginning was that my clients deserve nothing but the truth from me.
