Female Profile #1⤵️
Place of birth and upbringing:
Born in Saudi Arabia and raised in Toronto, Canada from the age of 3.
Legal status:
Canadian citizen
City of residence:
Toronto, Ontario
Background & Ethnicity:
Indian / South Asian
Age:
29
Height:
5’3”
Briefly describe your personality:
I am warm, thoughtful, fun-loving, and generally easy-going. I cherish laughter and creating meaningful memories with the people I care about. I can be a little quiet when I first meet someone, but once I’m comfortable, I’m much more talkative.
I have a playful competitive streak and am naturally curious. I genuinely enjoy learning and can easily get drawn into an interesting topic or conversation. I have an alarming amount of random information stored in my head and am always happy to be someone’s trivia teammate.
As a child, after a few ballet and gymnastics classes, I became absolutely convinced I was destined for Olympic greatness. That dream lasted until I was about six years old, but I still admire the confidence my younger self had.
How others would describe you:
Kind, honest, supportive, dependable, witty, and someone who genuinely shows up for the people she cares about. My friends would probably also describe me as a very positive person, and someone who is most likely to remember a completely random fun fact and somehow find a reason to bring it up months later.
Attire/dress:
I observe hijab (no niqab) and dress modestly in loose, full-length clothing.
Hobbies:
Reading, writing, walking, Pilates, documentaries, board games and trivia, history, exploring different cultures and languages, and experimenting with cooking. I’m equally happy going out and exploring somewhere new or having a quiet evening with a book and a cup of tea.
Religious history:
I am a practicing Muslimah who strives to follow the Qur’an and Sunnah to the best of my ability. Alhamdulillah, I pray my five daily prayers, fast Ramadan, observe hijab, maintain a halal lifestyle, and regularly attend Islamic classes. I am currently studying Qur’anic Arabic and continue trying to increase my Islamic knowledge so I can strengthen my own foundation and, In shaa Allah, help build a home and raise future children upon Islam. I care deeply about Islam, self-improvement, and surrounding myself with good company, and I hope to share that desire for continued growth with my future spouse.
Scholars & speakers, you listen to:
I primarily attend weekly online Islamic classes at Masjid Istiqama and benefit from the teachers and guest speakers there. I am still learning and continuing to build my Islamic knowledge, so I don’t follow any one scholar or speaker exclusively.
Education:
Bachelor of Arts in History and English and Bachelor of Education.
Occupation:
Secondary school teacher
Marital status:
Single, never married
Previous children:
None. In shaa Allah, I would love to have children in the future. Family is important to me, and I value building a home rooted in warmth, mercy, faith, and emotional safety.
Does your wali have knowledge of you seeking marriage:
Yes. My father and brother are aware and supportive, as is the rest of my family, Alhamdulillah.
Languages spoken:
English fluently, beginner-level Urdu/Hindi, and currently learning Arabic. I have also studied French and Spanish but must admit I’ve gotten rather rusty.
Briefly describe what you are looking for in a potential spouse:
I am seeking a practicing Sunni Muslim who strives to live according to the Qur’an and Sunnah and who fears Allah in both his public and private life.
I value a marriage built on mutual respect, kindness, emotional safety, companionship, and friendship. Emotional maturity, patience, responsibility, honesty, and consistency matter deeply to me. I value a man who leads with gentleness, communicates openly, takes accountability, and understands that leadership includes emotional presence, compassion, and care.

In shaa Allah, I hope to build a warm and peaceful home centered around Islamic values, where both spouses support one another in growing closer to Allah while enjoying life together and navigating its joys and challenges as a team.
I am open to different ethnic backgrounds and reverts, as shared values, sincerity, compatibility, and good character matter far more to me than cultural similarities.
I am only seeking a monogamous marriage.
Expectations for potential spouse:
Someone who maintains his five daily prayers to the best of his ability, consistently attends Jumu’ah, fasts Ramadan, earns a halal income, and sincerely tries to stay away from haram. Good character, emotional maturity, honesty, patience, responsibility, financial stability, and healthy communication are important to me. I am looking for someone who is prepared to take his responsibilities as a husband and, In shaa Allah, future father seriously while still being affectionate, playful, and able to enjoy life together.
Open to reverts:
Yes. I am open to sincere practicing reverts/converts, and my family is welcoming as well.
Open to divorcee:
Potentially, depending on the circumstances and overall compatibility.
Open to those with children:
Preferably no.
Preferred age bracket of potential spouse:
27–39, with some flexibility for strong compatibility.
Possible countries you are willing to relocate to:
Ideally, I would like to remain in Ontario/the GTA during the early years of marriage. However, I am open to discussing relocation elsewhere in Canada or internationally in the future, including Saudi Arabia or elsewhere, if it aligns with our shared goals and circumstances.

Age:
26
Height:
5’7
Briefly describe your personality:
I’m not sure how to describe myself it’s hard to answer but I would say I like spending time talking to my parents and siblings and like listening to lectures in arabic that are translated in English. I like sweets and trying different food.
How others would describe you:
Probably as smiling or memorable or too passionate about random and specific things.
Attire/dress:

Religious history:
My story is not very interesting or special. Alhamdulillah the family always stayed connected with the masjid the Muslim community and Quran classes and so did the extended family so Islam was a big part of my entire life. Not practicing would have been more taboo.
