A very brief update on our Case Management Hearing today at Westminster Magistrates Court.

My application for witness summons for:

Matt Hancock
Neil Ferguson
Jonathan Van Tam
Alex Murray of Scotland Yard
Sadiq Khan Mayor of London

… have been acknowledged by the judge but summons not yet issued. I’m not holding my breath but either the courts prove they’re corrupt or the individuals I am calling will undoubtedly reject the summons.

The Crown Prosecution have not communicated as they should have and I am of course at a disadvantage representing myself.

However, I am not doing this to be acquitted but to hold those culpable to account, to shed light on corruption within the system, to question the legality of the legislation, to question ‘the science’ and to fight for freedom of speech and the right to protest.

My 5 day trial will be going ahead on the 6th December for 5 Days at Westminster Magistrates from 9.30am.
