The man up at court against me I will call ‘1’ mother has allegedly fallen ill so he can’t make it to court next month

If I had of done this the court would of laughed at me

My barrister has requested hard proof why he can not attend which is why the court have given 24 hours for ‘1’ to provide the evidence
