🍁The rupee ended at 74.40 against the U.S. Dollar on Monday as compared to Thursday's closing of 74.23.
Asian stocks were mixed Tuesday after Treasury yields and the dollar jumped as Jerome Powell’s renomination to head the Federal Reserve increased concerns over quicker policy tightening.
Powell and the other Fed chief candidate, Governor Lael Brainard, were seen as having broadly similar policy stances but Brainard was viewed by some as more dovish.
Shares rose in Australia but fell in South Korea, while Japan is closed for a holiday.
The Singapore-traded SGX Nifty, an early indicator of India's Nifty 50 Index’s performance, shed 0.46% at 17,365.50, as of 6:45 a.m.
U.S. equity futures fluctuated after the S&P 500 ended in the red and the Nasdaq 100 underperformed after a final-hour selloff in technology shares in the Wall Street session.
Oil retreated ahead of an expected announcement by the U.S. on a coordinated release of reserves.

*Why White paper turns yellow..?*
With paper, it all comes back to the fact that it's made from wood, which contains the substance lignin. When the molecules responsible for color (chromophores) in lignin are exposed to air and sunlight, they become less stable, causing them to absorb more light, gradually darkening the paper from white to yellow.

The banana tree produces fruit which is of no benefit to the tree itself as the trees propagate from the roots. So it produces the fruit for the sake of others only.
Every part of the banana tree is useful - the raw and ripe fruit for eating, the leaves for plates

Milk and fish
Milk should not be eaten with fish as the two foods are incompatible. Milk is cold and fish has a heating property. Combining the two vitiates the blood and causes obstruction of the body’s channels (called srotas).
Salt and milk together is another combination that should be avoided due to antagonistic qualities in the two
