Cadila Healthcare: Zydus Cadila has received final approval from the U.S. FDA to market Decitabine for injection in the strength of 50 mg/vial single-dose vial. Decitabine is used to treat myelodysplastic syndromes, certain types of blood or bone marrow cancer. The company has received has also received final approval from the FDA to market Nelarabine Injection 250MG/50ML in the United States.
IRB Infrastructure Developers: Approved Rs 5,347 crore share sale to Cintra INR Investments BV and Bricklayers Investment.
ONGC: The company signed a MoU with Saudi Aramco to explore long-term supply contracts of crude oil, refined petroleum and petrochemical products. Both sides will also look at the demand nd supply of low carbon energy as part of this pact.
Punjab National Bank: The bank has allotted 1,919 Basel III Compliant Tier - II bonds at a coupon of 7.10% per annum aggregating to Rs 1,919 crore on private placement basis.
IRCTC: The Ministry of Railways has withdrawn its decision to terminate all existing contracts of mobile catering (currently kept in abeyance) involving the scope of work of providing cooked food to passengers prepared from base kitchens as per the existing terms and conditions. Further, the ministry has conveyed the decision to resume the services of cooked food in trains.
Natco Pharma: The company has launched a novel fixed-dose combination of Trifluridine + Tipiracil in India under the brand name Tipanat as a pack of 20 tablets in a bottle. Tipanat is a novel antineoplastic nucleoside analog indicated for the treatment of advanced colorectal and gastric cancer.
Motherson Sumi Systems: Ningbo SMR Huaxiang Automotive Mirrors, a 50:50 joint venture in China between Samvardhana Motherson Reflectec and Ningbo Huaxiang Electronic Co, has completed the acquisition of a 60 percent stake in Nanchang JMCG Mekra Lang Vehicle Mirror Co Ltd.
Kesoram Industries: Board approved to raise funds up to Rs 2,500 crore by way of equity, bond, FCCB, ADR, GDR,commercial paper and/or other debt instruments. This fundraising is primarily to retire the company's existing debt and bring down the cost of borrowing.
India Grid Trust: Consortium of IndiGrid 1 and IndiGrid 2 participated in the tariff-based competitive bidding to establish 'Transmission system for evacuation of power from Renewable projects in Osmanabad area (1 GW) in Maharashtra' on build, own, operate and maintain basis by REC Power Development and Consultancy. The estimated cost for the same is around Rs 170 crore. The company awaits receipt of Letter of Intent

As per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/No/MR02/-DCAP/CIR/2021/10598, dated 20/07/2021, there is change in the margin system with effect from 01-12-2021.
The important change is as under:
• For margin purposes for all segments Cash/F&O/CD/MCX there should be a cash margin of 50% and shares 50% minimum.
• For example: The total margin is Rs.1,00,000/- you need to keep Rs.50,000/- in cash and Rs.50,000/- in shares.
• All trades to be carried forward in F&O, MCX & CD margin should be 50% cash and 50% Shares. Accordingly, please arrange funds in your account.
• Further any MTM debit will have to be cleared the very next day to maintain such ratio or will have to reduce positions.
• In cash purchases also the upfront margin will have to maintain in the same ratio as above.

6. *ANDHRA PRADESH* : The temple town of Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh has been flooded for four straight days now, with fresh fears around cracks developing in of the biggest water reservoirs in the state that's located in the district. No fresh downpour has been reported but breaches on highways and other roads have cut off several villages that still remain inundated.
7. The main rail and road routes in Andhra Pradesh, connecting the south and east, remained cut off as the Penna river in spate caused heavy destruction on Sunday.
8. *DELHI*: All Delhi schools are to remain shut until further notice due to city's high air pollution levels, the Directorate of Education ordered today, as the national capital continues to experience aggressively poor air quality this season.

1. Libya's interim PM Abdulhamid AlDabaiba on Sunday registered as a candidate in the country's presidential election planned for December. This comes despite AlDabaiba's vow not to contest the presidential election as a condition of taking his current post. AlDabaiba, who hails from one of Libya's wealthiest business families, was selected by a UN political forum to lead the interim government.
2. Pakistan's PM Imran Khan on Saturday said that his government will support Chinese businesses in Pakistan on a priority basis. # Kubota has decided to increase its shareholding in Escorts, through preferential allotment of equity shares of 9mn and also open offer for 37mn shares, at price of Rs2,000/share or Rs94bn
# The number of Escorts’ shares held by the Nanda family, will remain unchanged through the Transaction.
# Escorts plans to reduce the remaining 21mn treasury shares without payment of any consideration after completion of the transaction. Following this, the total shares would be at 111mn.
# New share issue and open offer process is expected over Nov’21 to Mar’22 period.
# Kubota will provide quality and affordable basic tractors, by utilizing Escorts’ know-how and Kubota’s accumulated product development knowledge to improve quality and productivity in the R&D, procurement and manufacturing functions. In the fields of distribution and service, Kubota will effectively utilize both companies’ distribution networks by offering a wide range of product offerings, ranging from high-performance tractors to basic tractors.
# Kubota will consider developing and manufacturing basic combine harvesters and construction machineries targeting India and other emerging markets.
# Nikhil Nanda will continue serving as Escorts’ CMD. After the transaction, he will be newly appointed to the position of Senior Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Value-Innovative Farm and Industrial Machinery Strategy and Operations of Kubota. Also, Nikhil Nanda will be appointed as a Director of Kubota Holdings Europe B.V., a subsidiary which oversees the European machinery business.
# After completion of the Transaction, Kubota Agricultural Machinery India and Escorts Kubota India are to be merged with Escorts.
_Kubota takeover is positive for Escorts, as it will result in technology/new product support for Agri and Construction Equipment divisions. Exports can also receive a boost as a result of widening product portfolio and utilization of global Kubota distribution network._
_Open offer would be for 37mn shares. Assuming Nanda family does not participate, then minimum acceptance ratio can be 51%._
