ANG life science ltd executed Asset transfer agreement with Ind -swift ltd to acquire 2 mfg units 3 & 4 injectable and OSD ( Oral Solid Dosage ) at 60 cr.This facility is spread over 10 Acre area at Baddi H.P.
The repayment of consideration amount will be paid for next 5 yr. Company already paid 20 cr and balance payment will be paid within 4 yr. This is differed payment terms till 2024 June in 4 Annual payment.
With this acqusition of Unit 3 & 4 , ANG can post topline 800 cr in next 1 yr and EBIDTA 120 cr.
ANG is having 6 Formulation mfg units post acquisation with 800 employees.
