• Adani Power received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Resolution Professional on September 7, 2026.
• GVK Energy Limited (GVKEL) owns and operates a 330 MW hydroelectric power plant in Uttarakhand through its subsidiary Alaknanda Hydro Power Company.
• Acquisition is subject to the LOI terms and requisite NCLT Hyderabad & regulatory approvals.
• 330 MW hydro power capacity to strengthen Adani Power’s generation portfolio.
