NVIDIA MARGIN OUTLOOK DISAPPOINTS INVESTORS
Despite another blockbuster quarter, NVIDIA’s Q3 gross-margin guidance of 73.5–74.5% is below the ~75% analyst expectation, with some buy-side estimates as high as ~76.5%.
Q2 gross margin was 75%, meaning margins are expected to decline as NVIDIA ramps next-generation products and faces higher memory/component costs.
