Tata Power has commissioned the second element of its Jalpura–Khurja Transmission Project in Uttar Pradesh.
The project includes a 400 kV double-circuit transmission line spanning 162 CKM and a 400/220 kV GIS substation at Jalpura with 1,000 MVA capacity.
The infrastructure will strengthen power connectivity and transmission reliability across NCR, Noida and Western Uttar Pradesh.
The project was executed through wholly owned subsidiary TP Jalpura Khurja Power Transmission Ltd.
Tata Power’s transmission portfolio now stands at around 7,900 CKM operational and under execution.
