• Includes ~1,000 km HVDC transmission line across Rajasthan, Gujarat & Maharashtra.

COAL INDIA: AUGUST PRODUCTION DOWN 5.7% YoY

• Aug 2026 production fell 5.7% YoY to 47.5 MT vs 50.4 MT.

• Coal offtake rose 5.5% YoY to 60.6 MT.

• Apr–Aug FY27 production down 4.5% YoY to 267.5 MT.

• Apr–Aug cumulative offtake up 6.7% YoY to 322.9 MT.

• ECL, CCL & WCL reported strong production growth, while NCL, SECL & MCL declined.
TATA MOTORS CV: AUG SALES UP 49% YoY TO 44,411

• Total CV sales at 44,411 units vs 29,863 last year; above estimate of 38,800.

• Domestic CV sales up 33% YoY to 36,619 units.
