🤝 Company has entered into a term sheet for a Minimum Guarantee & Revenue Sharing Agreement to operate a hotel under the Comfort Inn brand.
🏢 Property comprises 42 guest rooms, one banquet hall and one restaurant, located at Govardhan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
📑 Suba Hotels will operate, manage, brand and market the property under its established operating standards.
⏳ Agreement tenure: 15 years, with the first 10 years binding/lock-in for both parties.
💰 Commercial arrangement will be based on mutually agreed revenue sharing.
📈 The deal follows Suba Hotels’ asset-light expansion strategy and strengthens its presence in Uttar Pradesh’s hospitality market.

🔋 Project secured under SECI’s 6,000 MWh (1,500 MW × 4 hours) Assured Peak Power Tender – FDRE-IX.
💰 Tariff: ₹6.00/kWh for the entire PPA tenure.
⏳ Scheduled commencement of supply is 18 months from PPA signing.
📆 Project tenure will be 25 years from the Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date (SCSD).
