🇮🇳 Facts about India 🇮🇳
Shimla Agreement, was signed between India and Pakistan on 2 July 1972 in Shimla, the capital city of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh.
It followed from the Bangladesh Liberation war in 1971 that led to the independence of Bangladesh, which was earlier known as East Pakistan and was part of the territory of Pakistan. India entered the war as an ally of Bangladesh which transformed the war into an Indo-Pakistani War of 1971. The agreement was ratified by the Parliaments of both the nations in the same year.
The treaty was signed in Simla (also spelt "Shimla") in India by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, the President of Pakistan, and Indira Gandhi, the Prime Minister of India. The agreement also paved the way for diplomatic recognition of Bangladesh by Pakistan.
The agreement converted the cease-fire line of 17 December 1971 into the Line of Control (LOC) between India and Pakistan and it was agreed that "neither side shall seek to alter it unilaterally, irrespective of mutual differences and legal interpretations"

why can't we see stars during daytime✨🌟
Stars aren't visible during the sunlit hours of daytime because the light-scattering properties of our atmosphere spread sunlight across the sky. Seeing the dim light of a distant star in the blanket of photons from our Sun becomes as difficult as spotting a single snowflake in a blizzard.

How does a memory card/SD card work?
An SD (Secure Digital) card is a solid-state device. This means it has no moving parts in order to function. Inside the SD card is circuitry that includes flash memory.
Data in an SD card is stored on a series of electronic components called NAND chips. These chips allow data to be written and stored on the SD card. As the chips have no moving parts, data can be transferred from the cards quickly, far exceeding the speeds available to CD or hard-drive media.
Each SD card comes formatted with a File Allocation Table (FAT) file system. When a card is placed in an activated device, such as a camera or a cellphone, a small electrical current from the device moves electrons in the flash memory chip. The digital patterns stored on the chip correlate to the data stored there. Data is erased when a slightly higher voltage is applied to the circuit.

In Santana Dharma Why lotus consider as special?
The lotus is the symbol of truth, auspiciousness and beauty (satyam, shivam, sundaram).
The Lord is also that nature and therefore, His various aspects are compared to a lotus (i.e. lotus-eyes, lotus feet, lotus hands, the lotus of the heart etc.).
The lotus blooms with the rising sun and close at night. Similarly, our minds open up and
expand with the light of knowledge. The lotus grows even in slushy areas. It remains
beautiful and untainted despite its surroundings, reminding us that we too can and should
strive to remain pure and beautiful within, under all circumstances. The lotus leaf never gets wet even though it is always in water. It symbolizes the man of wisdom (gyaani) who remains ever joyous, unaffected by the world of sorrow and change. This is revealed in a shloka from the Bhagwad-Geeta
Brahmanyaadhaaya karmaani
Sangam tyaktvaa karoti yaha
Lipyate na sa paapena
Padma patram ivaambhasaa!
Meaning of this slokha : The person who does actions, offering them to Brahman(the Supreme), abandoning attachment is not tainted by sin, just as a lotus leaf which remains unaffected by the water on it.
🧬 HEALTH CARE: HOME REMEDIES🩺
( Note : These home tips followed in villages/ancient traditions, it is up to you to use it or not🙏🏻)

*Wipro Q1FY22 Result First Cut: What a come back; It’s a new and aggressive Wipro*
✅Revenue in CC terms reported a growth of 12% sequentially and came 300 bps higher than most optimistic estimates on the street, that was us. This is the highest organic sequential revenue growth in the last 38 quarters by the company.
✅Our back of the envelop calculation suggest that organic business growth would be upwards of 4% which was higher than the management guidance and our estimates.
✅The company believes, revenue to grow at 5-7% sequentially in Q2FY22E. *This makes us to believe that, under the new leadership we are experiencing a NEW WIPRO who guides aggressively and delivers better than that.*
✅Among the two business segments iCore (Integrated Digital, Engineering & Application Services, 60% of revenue) reported 19% sequential growth whereas iCore (Cloud Infrastructure, Digital Operations, Risk & Enterprise Cyber Security Services, 40% of revenue) reported 4% sequential growth.
✅Vertical wise, BFSI reported 23% sequential growth, mainly due to the contribution from Capco. Interestingly, Energy & Utility (11.3% growth) , Communication (14.4% growth), Consumer (14.2% growth), Manufacturing (15% growth) all reported healthy sequential growth and make us to believe that the organic Wipro business delivered massive growth in Q1FY22.
✅Wipro closed 8 large deals resulting in a TCV of over $715 mn and initial commentary from the management suggest that the deal pipeline remained healthy and overall order-booking will also be strong in FY22E.
✅The company added 12,178 (~5,000 from Capco acquisition) new manpower and overall employee count crossed 2 lakhs first time. Like Infosys, attrition went by 340 bps sequentially to 15.5%.
✅IT services EBIT margin of 18.8% was 220 bps lower sequentially and 20 bps lower annually. Margin is the only area where the company delivered numbers lower than our estimates.
*Our View:*
*Wipro over the last two quarters not only guiding aggressively; consistently delivering onto it also. More than 4% CC growth in a seasonally weak quarter, 5-7% growth guidance for next quarter, aggressive acquisitions, bold commentaries, and large deal wins all indicate towards a ‘NEW WIPRO’ under the new leadership. EBIT margin came marginally lower than expectation, but we believe that is transient in nature. We believe, street will upgrade their EPS estimates by 6-8% for FY22/23E. The stock is trading at 20% discount to Infosys and valuation catch up will aid outperformance in short to medium term.*

*Craftsman Automation Q1FY22 Concall Update*
(Nirmal Bang Securities)
*Outlook: Positive*
• Revenue came at Rs. 435 Cr (-19% QoQ, 167% YoY)
# Auto Powertrain (53% mix) revenue declined by 19% QoQ against CV industry’s (50% segment share) decline of 60% QoQ & balance 50% segment share coming from Tractor, PVs and Construction Equipment.
# Auto Aluminum Products (18% mix) declined by 33% QoQ in line with 2W industry decline of ~30% QoQ.
# Industrial & Engg Products (29% mix) declined by 7% QoQ
• Share of cylinder block & heads within auto powertrain is 60%.
• Steel & Aluminum increased QoQ by 15% & 11% and impacted gross margins by 130 bps QoQ (at 55.4% vs QoQ 56.7%) as co was not able to pass on the increase during the qtr.
• From July, Aluminum Products segment has moved to monthly pass through of RM costs just like the powertrain segment.
• Capacity utilization even during good qtr of Q4FY21 was at 70% and was at 55% during Q1FY22. Co has created good capacities and so there will be operating leverage once demand picks up.
• Co does not expect a strong bounceback from MHCV industry during FY22 although the Powertrain segment will grow by 20% in FY22 (adjusted for increase in RM costs).
• Co will run out of capacities in Auto Aluminum in FY23 as it has been able to add new PV clients (apart from mostly 2W clients traditionally). Thus going forward contribution from PVs could be the same as 2W by FY23/24. Co expects incremental revenue of Rs. 250 Cr from these new orders.
• EVevolution will be positive for Auto Aluminum Products as all new platforms will involve aluminum instead of steel.
• Storage solutions revenue for Q1 was ~Rs. 50 Cr against Rs. 104 Cr for entire FY21.
• Debt will reduce by 200 Cr in FY22. Capex will remain at 130-150 Cr (maintenance capex) as has been the case since last 2 years. Industrial & Engg segment does not require much capex.
• New truck sales in developed markets is slowly starting to shift towards EVs & hybrids and thus the co will take its time to carefully undertake capex in powertrain business in future. (although exports of auto powertrain is just 2% of co’s total revenue)
