*Good Morning & Welcome to Tuesday’s trading action at Dalal Street dated 13th of July 2021.*

SGX Nifty is indicating an explosive start for our stock markets on backdrop of a positive close at Wall Street in overnight trade. Expect Dalal Street to remain exited and maintain altitude all-thru today’s trading session.

*7 AM GLOBAL UPDATE*

• SGX Nifty (+113, 15801)
• DOW (+126, 34996)

• BRAZIL BOVESPA (+2166, 127594)

Our call of the day suggests that the optimistic ingredients are already baked in for Nifty to scale fresh all-time-highs. The ongoing bullish theme is quite likely as long as Nifty stays above its biggest support at the 15601 mark. We expect, Nifty to easily gallop to 15917 mark and then all bullish bets at magical 16000 mark.

*THEME OF THE DAY:*

• Overnight at Wall Street, the major indexes largely kicked off the new week the same way they exited the last: chalking up more gains from all-time-high perches. The Dow (+0.4% to 34,996), S&P 500 (+0.4% to 4,384) and Nasdaq (+0.2% to 14,733) all finished with fresh closing highs.

• Technically speaking, Nifty’s biggest hurdles seen at its all-time-high at 15917 mark. So to gain momentum on the upside, Nifty needs to move above its all-time-high at 15917 mark.

Alternatively, if Nifty closes below the 15601 mark then it makes sense to sell first and then ask questions later. Expect waterfall of selling below 15601 mark with targets at 15449 mark and then at 15151-15201 zone.

Please note, Nifty’s 200DMA at 14107 mark. The price action for Nifty for this week’s trade is suggesting that we are likely to see a 15,500- 16200 range in near term.

• The options data for July series suggests Nifty is likely to be in a higher trading range of 15500-16200 as maximum Call OI is at 16000 followed by 15800 strike price. Maximum Put open interest stands at 15500 levels followed by 15000 levels. Call writing was seen at 15800 and then at 15700 strike price, while there was meaningful Put writing at 15800 and then at 15700 strike prices.
