Further, Docon Technologies along with API Holdings have announced an open offer for acquisition of up to 1.37 crore fully paid-up equity shares, representing 26% of the Expanded Voting Share Capital, from the public shareholders of the company. Docon Tech and API Holdings will acquire shares at Rs 1,300 per share aggregating to total consideration of Rs 1,788 crore.
