*Dalal Street Week Ahead: Here are 10 key factors that will keep traders busy next week*

*🔸RESULTS*
In the last leg of quarterly earnings, more than 1700 BSE listed companies are going to declare their March quarter earnings in the coming week.

SpiceJet, Hindustan Motors, BF Utilities, Archies, Zee Learn, Suzlon Energy, Sunteck Realty, Subros, Sintex Industries, Rail Vikas Nigam, Ruby Mills, Ruchi Soya Industries, NBCC (India), MEP Infrastructure Developers, GMDC, A2Z Infra Engineering, Scooters India, Premier Explosives, NALCO, ISGEC Heavy Engineering, IFCI, Hindustan Aeronautics, Gammon India are among the companies which are going to announced their quarterly earnings in the this week.

*🔸CORONAVIRUS AND VACCINATION*
India achieved its highest weekly vaccination figure so far as nearly four crore jabs were administered this week.

*🔸JUNE AUTO SALES*
Auto companies are going to remain in focus, as they are going to declare their monthly sales number for the month of June on July 1.

*🔸MARKET MANUFACTURING PMI*
Nikkei Markit Manufacturing PMI numbers are going to announce on July 1.

*🔸FII SELLING*
Foreign investors remained net sellers in the cash segment of the Indian equity markets in the last week.

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) sold equities worth Rs 2,685.9 crore, while domestic institutional investors (DIIs) bought equities worth Rs 4,729.17 crore last week.

So far in June, FIIs have bought equities worth Rs 3,162.86 and DIIs have bought equities worth Rs 2,436.20 crore.

Dodla Dairy :- The issue with price band of Rs. 421 to 428 witnessed premiums at
Rs. 40-45 on June 11 but surged to Rs. 170-175 in two-three days but crumbled to Rs.
45-50 and now it is around Rs. 85-90. It is believed that speculative trading has taken
place so premiums are difficult to sustain after listing.
Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences ;:- in the issue with offer price band of Rs.
815-825 started at Rs. 20-25 on June 14 and went up to Rs. 60-65 and then to Rs90-95
but suddenly crumbled to Rs. 30.-35. It has surged to Rs. 130-135. It is believed that
Ashish Kacholia has made a bid of Rs. 180 crore for 20 lakh equity shares leading to the
spurt in premiums.
India Pesticides :- The issue with offer price of Rs. 290-296 witnessed premiums of
Rs. 100-110 on June 18 but were in seller circuit and now it is around Rs. 40-45.
Tech Mahindra Ltd has struck its fifth acquisition this year with a deal to purchase US-based Brainscale Inc for up to $28.8 million (Rs 214 crore) in cash.
*NTPC*
becomes the first energy co in energy domain in India to declare its Energy Compact goals as part of UN High-level Dialogue on Energy (HLDE). NTPC sets a target to install 60 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2032. It is also aiming at 10% reduction in net energy intensity.
*Brigade Enterprises:* The company raised Rs 500 crore from qualified institutional buyers at a price of Rs 268 per share. Goldman Sachs, SBI Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential, Axis Mutual Fund, Nippon Life, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and UTI Mutual Fund participated the QIB issue.

*Zuari Agro Chemicals:* The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the acquisition of the Goa plant of the company by Paradeep Phosphates.

*Jindal Drilling & Industries:* The company reported profit at Rs 44.56 crore in Q4FY21 against loss of Rs 546.80 crore in Q4FY20, revenue rose to Rs 112.36 crore from Rs 90.34 crore YoY.
Finolex Industries: The company reported a higher consolidated profit at Rs 298.84 crore in Q4FY21 against Rs 58.66 crore in Q4FY20, revenue jumped to Rs 1,249.34 crore from Rs 768.66 crore YoY.

*India Glycols:* The company reported a higher consolidated profit at Rs 70.99 crore in Q4FY21 against Rs 17.91 crore in Q4FY20, revenue rose to Rs 1,604.14 crore from Rs 1,350.4 crore YoY

*DCM Shriram Industries:* Sunil Singhania-owned Abakkus Asset Manager LLP acquired 1,17,922 equity shares and Abakkus Emerging Opportunities Fund-1 bought 5.18 lakh equity shares in the company at Rs 361 per equity share. However, Ruchit Bharat Patel sold 1,42,603 equity shares at Rs 371 apiece, Finquest Financial Solutions sold 2,38,129 equity shares at Rs 361 per share, and Minal Bharat Patel sold 3,97,032 shares at Rs 361.87 per share on the BSE, the bulk deals data showed.

*Dhanvarsha Finvest:* Citrus Global Arbitrage Fund bought 1.4 lakh shares in non-banking finance company Dhanvarsha Finvest at Rs 799.99 per share on the BSE.

*Inox Wind Energy:* Enam Securities acquired 5,49,518 equity shares in the company at Rs 276.2 per share, whereas Meenu Mangal Jainbhanshali sold 5,49,518 equity shares at Rs 276.2 per share on the BSE, the bulk deals data showed.

*Rossell India:* Elara India Opportunities Fund sold 3,41,241 equity shares in the company at Rs 145.2 per share on the NSE, the bulk deals data showed.

*Venus Remedies:* Ajay Upadhyaya acquired 75,856 equity shares in the company at Rs 348.2 per share on the NSE, the bulk deals data showed.
