Failures are part of life; If you don’t fail, you don’t learn. If you don’t learn you’ll never change.
Failures gives experience , it helps not to repeat. Inventor of Electric bulb, Thomas Edison's teachers said he was "too stupid to learn anything." He was fired from his first two jobs for being "non-productive." As an inventor, Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. Every time when he was failed, he never repeated what he has done in previous attempt. After numerous attempts, he successful invented electric bulb....If he skips after his 1st or 2nd attempt.....Then...⁉️
Success is not that you have reached a peak..Or you have earned more money....Or got high profile job....But actual success is the satisfaction in our life.. We have seen many familiar personalities taken an extreme step in life. It means they are not having capability to face failure .....
So a parent should also explain his children about failure..... how to handle the situation....How to control emotions...How to balance both.....This makes him to face challenges in life....Parents must explain to their Children about value of Time, relations, money and knowledge🙏🏻....CH Naveen

When overwhelming evil prevailed on the earth. The Kshatriya class, with weapons and power, had begun to abuse their power, take what belonged to others by force and tyrannise people. Parashurama corrected the cosmic equilibrium by destroying the Kshatriya warriors twenty-one times. He is married to Dharani, an incarnation of Lakshmi, the wife of Vishnu. He is also the Guru of Bhishma, Dronacharya and Karna.

When two computers need to communicate, you have to link them, either physically (usually with an Ethernet cable) or wirelessly (for example with WiFi or Bluetooth systems).
You can connect as many computers as you wish. But it gets complicated quickly. If you're trying to connect, say, ten computers, you need 45 cables, with nine plugs per computer! To solve this problem, each computer on a network is connected to a special tiny computer called a router. This router has only one job: like a signaler at a railway station, it makes sure that a message sent from a given computer arrives at the right destination computer. Once we add a router to the system, our network of 10 computers only requires 10 cables: a single plug for each computer and a router with 10 plugs.
So far so good. But what about connecting hundreds, thousands, billions of computers? Of course a single router can't scale that far, but, if you read carefully, we said that a router is a computer like any other, so what keeps us from connecting two routers together? By connecting computers to routers, then routers to routers, we are able to scale infinitely.
Such a network comes very close to what we call the Internet. we need a special piece of equipment called a modem which gets connected via telephone cable or fiber cables. we will connect our network to an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
As you might notice, when we browse the Web with a Web browser, we usually use the domain name to reach a website. Does that mean the Internet and the Web are the same thing? It's not that simple. As we saw, the Internet is a technical infrastructure which allows billions of computers to be connected all together. Among those computers, some computers (called Web servers) can send messages intelligible to web browsers. The Internet is an infrastructure, whereas the Web is a service built on top of the infrastructure. It is worth noting there are several other services built on top of the Internet, such as email and IRC.
Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) – a company governed by the US Laws, and accountable to the US government. ICANN is responsible for technical operations of root and domain names infrastructure; it also acts as a transnational governance institution that makes global Internet public policies that impact copyright, privacy, and cybersecurity , which are sovereign interests of the nations. The city of Frankfurt is currently home to the world's largest internet hub.

They had a celestial cow called Surabhi, which gives all they desire (Surabhi was the daughter of cow kamadhenu). A king named Kartavirya tooks away the cow forcibly when Parsurama was not at Ashram. With his axe in his hand, he challenges the king to battle. They fight, and Parushama defeats and kills the king,
Parashurama returns to his sage father with the Surabhi cow and tells him about the battles he had to fight. The sage does not congratulate Parashurama but reprimands him stating that a Brahmin should never kill a king. He asks him to expiate his sin by going on pilgrimage. After Parashurama returns from a pilgrimage, he is told that while he was away, his father was killed by Kartavirya Arjun's Sons seeking revenge. Parashurama again picks up his axe and killed them and also kills many warriors in retaliation. In the end, he relinquishes his weapons and takes up Yoga.

*Reliance Industries Plans To Invest Rs 75,000 Crore In New Energy Business*
Having committed to net-zero carbon by 2035, Reliance Industries Ltd. plans to spend Rs 75,000 crore to build an ecosystem to make solar modules and batteries to hydrogen fuel cells in India.
The world is entering a new energy era, which is going to be highly disruptive. The age of fossil fuels, which powered economic growth globally for nearly three centuries, cannot continue much longer,” Mukesh Ambani, chairman and managing director at RIL, said during the 44th annual general meeting of the oil-to-telecom conglomerate on Thursday.
The company has started work on developing the Dhirubhai Ambani Green Energy Giga Complex on 5,000 acres in Jamnagar, Ambani said.
“It will be among the largest such integrated renewable energy manufacturing facilities in the world." Under the plan, it will build four giga-factories to make and integrate all critical components of the new energy ecosystem:
*Solar photovoltaic modules*
-Batteries
-Electrolyser
-Fuel
-cells.
To create this renewables energy eco-system, Reliance targets to spend Rs 60,000 crore in next three years. Separately, it also plans to invest Rs 15,000 crore on value-chain partnerships and future technologies.
RIL, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. and HDFC Bank Ltd. are among Indian businesses that have announced net-zero goals. That comes as companies globally switch to sustainable investments and seek suppliers with similar commitments to curb greenhouse emissions.
*Other Highlights From RIL's New Business Plan*
To enable at least 100 gigawatt of solar energy by 2030.
To build two additional divisions to strengthen this ecosystem—a dedicated Renewable Energy Project Management and Construction Division, and a dedicated Renewable Energy Project Finance Division.
Invest in carbon fibre plant for supporting our hydrogen and solar ecosystems.
To use solar energy to decarbonise O2C business.
To use green hydrogen—generated from renewable sources—and CO2 as raw materials to develop a road map for new green chemicals, green fertiliser and e-fuels.
To transform legacy business to net-zero carbon operations.

*RDB Rasayans Ltd _(BUY for TP 175)_*
Small cap Jumbo bag mfr for Jumbo returns
▫️Tiny Mkt cap of 140cr
▫️9MFY21 PAT ~ 16cr
▫️9MFY21 EPS ~ 9rs
▫️ *Debt Free Company*
▪️Q4FY21E EPS estimated to be 4rs, which implies FY21 EPS of 13rs
▪️FY22E Revenues at 115cr
▪️FY22E EPS of 18rs (Can be even better)
▪️ *Co trades at forward P/E of just 4.5x FY22E EPS*
▫️RDB Rasayan is a dominant player in FIBC bags from eastern zone having advantage over its competitions as its plant along with expanded capacity is at HALDIA where the raw material availability is easy.
▫️RDB Rasayan has specialisation in carbon coated FIBC bags that too of 500 to 2000 kg size.
▫️Has installed capacity of 25 Lac Bags of Woven Sack bag & 2 Lac Jumbo bags per Month.
▫️Exports 30% of products to European Countries
▫️Scrapping of anti dumping duty on polypropylene is a big positive as cost of imports fell substantially. Polypropylene is used for manufacture of woven sacks for cement, foodgrains, sugar, fertilizer, bags for fruits and vegetables as also film packaging. This will lead to huge margin expansion as cost of Raw Materials will be significantly lower.
▫️Also co's Kharagpur expansion is completed which has added good volume growth in Q2 and Q3.
▫️Polyproplene prices already reduced by Rs. 3500 per ton which will lead to ~ 4-5% reduction in cost of Raw Materials.
FY22 is set to be the best ever in terms of both Topline & Bottomline growth and will witness huge margin expansion.
▫️Another advantage for the co will be to move the idle cash parked in ICD to MF industry back. Earlier co had invested in MF. With investment in MF the dividend will raise yield from current post tax 5 to 6 pc to almost 14% (MF generally give 14 pc on average). If you see RDB rasayan has huge other income of Rs 9.76cr. The dividend earned will not be liable to tax and pre tax earnings could become post tax earnings if co announced dividend to the extent of dividend earned. Section 80 M comes handy here.
*Even with our conservative estimates RDB Rasayan looks highly undervalued and we suggest a strong BUY with conservative TP of 175.*
