Reliance Power Board has approved issue of Up to 59,50,00,000 equity shares and/or up to 73,00,00,000 warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares, at an Issue Price of Rs. 10.00 each by conversion of existing debt, aggregating upto Rs. 1,325 crore to Reliance Infrastructure Ltd.
