Important Note

Since last 2 months are quantity of calls have been more because Smallcaps and Midcaps are in flavor and we dont want any of our members to feel left out. We are trying are best to give all types of calls to our members. Trying to satisfy all needs and demands brought up by members, but this rally will eventually fizzle out soon in few months. SO keep booking profits and keep your targets realistic. We wont be getting 20 - 30% moves just like we get now so quickly and easily in future. Having proper trading system and proper guidance is very important.

We at MARKET WIZARD will always working with same commitment and integrity for all.

*Bajaj Finance – Mid Qtr Update regarding impact of second wave of covid*

*Outlook: Negative in near term, Positive in long term*

• Co estimates an incremental credit cost of Rs. 1,100-1,300 Cr versus planned credit cost in FY22 on account of disruption caused by the second wave. *Thus credit cost is likely to increase from earlier guidance of 1.6% to 2.25%.*
• Average EMI bounce rates in Q1FY22 were approximately 1.08x of Q4FY21.
• Due to constraints on collections amidst lockdowns across most parts of India, the co estimates its GNPA and NNPA in Q1 and Q2 to be higher.
• B2B and Auto Finance businesses were most affected and delivered 70% of their planned volumes in April 2021 and 40% in May 2021.
• Other lines of businesses were less impacted in April and delivered 85% of planned disbursements.
• *Overall, co delivered 60% of planned disbursements in May.*
• With expected reopening, June should be much better.
• *Co estimates an impact of Rs. 4,000-5,000 crore to its AUM growth plan for FY22.*
• The Company has taken several actions to reduce its opex and cost of funds to mitigate the impact.
