Itc has announced the board meeting for considering the q4 21 and fy 21 results alongwith dividend on 1st  june 2021.  Grapewine says ITC will announce liberal bonus and tripple de merger on 1st june. De merger of cigg , hotel and fmcg is almost certain only timing was the concern snd now sources says this will be done on 1st june.

BAT has formally submitted a proposal to the Govt of India to buy out the SUUTII stake in ITC.  However wven though cig is not strategic for Govt they have not yet decided to sell this stake either to BAT or LIC but in order to meet the financial challenges  the stake sell will happen in this calender year. Govt already sold Axis. Only ITC and Larsen remained and both will happen in next 3 months as per sources.

Itc set to announce the best quarter nos i. Q. It will beat the estimste by margins. Itc will report  Rs 13770 ( estimate rs 13000 crs ) crs revenue as ag  Rs 12491 crs for qoq and  Rs 11300 yoy. The ibitda will be Rs  6000 crs ( estimates rs 5333 crs )as ag  Rs 5250 crs qoq and  Rs 4919 crs for yoy.
There is considerable amount of pessimishm from ITC and there is no expectation from  the company. However we raise the target of ITC to Rs 300 in june .

*SBI* numbers beat the Street estimates as its EPS jumped from Rs. 4.01 to Rs. 7.21 in FY21. This share is a darling of the markets and must be added.

*Rishiroop* surprised analysts posting over 300% rise in Q4 EPS to Rs. 20.85 from Rs. 5.82 in Q4FY20. The FY21 EPS at nearly Rs. 51 makes this share a screaming buy!

*Hindalco’s* Q4 results of with EPS of Rs. 8.67 v/s Rs. 3.01 in Q4FY20 on the back of rising metal prices indicate of better times ahead for the Company. Add.

*An Ahmedabad based analyst recommends to buy Bector foods, Central Bank of India, Flex Foods, IOL Chemicals, Jindal Saw, Pudumjee Paper Products, Religare Enterprises, Reliance Power and Renuka Sugars.*

*B&A Ltd.* is available at an attractive valuation of just 4 times to its FY21E earnings. Apart from Tea it has packing business with its subsidary B&A Packing. The stock may give 50% returns within 1 year. Add.

*Emmessar Biotech*, a micro-cap fine chemicals co., presented good FY21 results with an EPS of Rs. 1.88 v/s Re. 1 last year. Its healthcare & nutritional products augur good future prospects. Around Rs. 25, it merits buying.

Mindboggling results by *Shree Cements* with Q4FY21 EPS of Rs. 302.75 v/s Rs. 270.11 last year and FY21 EPS of Rs. 971 makes it an excellent buy. Buy in small quantities.

*Panacea Biotec* has commenced production of the Russian Sputnik vaccine. The share price is slated to move up. Add.

*Ramco Cement’s* Q4 NP was up 51% to Rs. 218.6 cr. For FY21, it posted 29.7% higher consolidated net profit of Rs 783.60 cr. The company is in an expansion mode and its stock is set to rise. Add.

*Balkrishna Industries* presented good FY21 results as the EPS shot up from Rs. 49.64 to Rs. 60.91 on its Rs.2 FV share. This off- the-road tyre maker is a must for every portfolio.

*Polyplex Corporation’s* FY21 EPS of Rs. 162 and a final dividend of Rs17 takes the total to Rs. 164. With a share book value of over Rs.1500, the share is a bonus candidate yet available below BV. Two big expansions are on schedule. A screaming buy!

In line with the industry trend, *Indoco Remedies* posted FY21 EPS of Rs.10.10 v/s Rs. Rs. 2.62 last year. A good buy at current rates.

*Emami* posted a 285% surge in Q4 profit of Rs. 87 cr. The current trend shows an upward tick. Add.
