*Good Morning & Welcome to Wednesday’s trading action at Dalal Street dated 12th of May 2021.*
Overnight, Wall Street witnesses another nasty day as the Dow Jones suffered a much worse fate, slumping 1.4% to 34,269 on backdrop of weakness in energy stocks.
However, the good news this Wednesday morning is that SGX Nifty is seen flirting with the dotted lines.
*The big question of the day!*
• Will bargain hunters swoop in at Dalal Street?
• Will bulls make a push into positive territory??
*The buy-the-dip trade should prevail.*
*Technically speaking, the make-or-break support on Nifty seen at 14727 mark. Confirmation of strength only above Nifty 15000*
*7 AM GLOBAL UPDATE:*

*All ABOUT NIFTY & BANK NIFTY’ CRUCIAL LEVELS*
NIFTY (CMP 14851):
• SUPPORT: 14727/14416
• RESISTANCE: 14097/15057
• RANGE: 14727-14957

BANK NIFTY (CMP 32872):
• SUPPORT: 31901/29393
• RESISTANCE: 34251/35107
• RANGE: 31901-33501
• BIAS: Negative.
*THEME OF THE DAY:*
The boat in the storm.
Wall Street was again in the red on Tuesday. The 10-year makes a move with the yield moving above 1.6%. Dalal Street’s smooth sailing too has entered choppy waters. Blame it to:
1. Inflation concerns.
2. The street is still immersed in the coronavirus situation of the country.
• Our *call of the day* suggests that a perfect storm will be created if Nifty slips below its biggest make-or-break support at 14721 mark.
• The options data for May Series suggests Nifty is likely to be in a broader trading range of 14500-15000 as maximum Call OI is at 15000 followed by 15500 strike price. Maximum Put open interest stands at 14000 levels followed by 14500 levels. Call writing was seen at 14800 and then at 14900 strike price, while there was meaningful Put writing at 14800 and then at 14400 strike prices.
• As per Tuesday’s provisional data available on the NSE, both the FIIs and DIIs camp sold shares worth Rs. 336 crores and 676.67 crores in the Indian Equity Market.
• *Q4 earnings to trickle in today:* Asian Paints, Lupin, UPL, Apollo Tyres, Tata Power, Birla Corporation, Borosil Renewables, Happiest Minds Technologies, Jindal Steel & Power, Pidilite Industries, Prince Pipes and Fittings, Saregama India, Sonata Software, UPL.
• Siemens reported sharply higher consolidated profit at Rs 334.4 crore in Q2FY21 against Rs 175.7 crore in Q2FY20; revenue increased to Rs 3,483.7 crore from Rs 2,640.2 crore YoY. *Technically, SIEMENS appears to be a screaming buy with an inter-month perspective.*
• Our *chart of the day* is bullish on stocks like POWERGRID, DR REDDYS LAB and SIEMENS with an interweek perspective while metal stocks like JSW STEEL could slip amidst profit booking. INDIGO should also witness corrective declines.
• *Stock banned in F&O segment:* CANARA BANK, NALCO, PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK AND SUN TV NETWORK.

Pix Transmissions Ltd.
Pix is repeatedly hitting life time highs. I guess it is slowly catching the attention of the investing community. With the ongoing expansion, it is only a matter of time before it makes new highs in terms of Sales & Profits. The current year 2021-22, should have Sales closer to 450 crs with PAT of about 68 crs. The next year 2022-23, being the first full year post the expansion, the Co. could do Sales in excess of 550 Crs on a conservative basis with profits in the vicinity of 88 crs. The current market cap is about 615 crs. The stock could go a long way from current levels with potential re-rating with cash profits of about 100 crs in 22-23.
The earning visibility is clear. The stock despite the run up, is still pretty under valued even on conservative methods of valuations. There will always be the occasional correction, sometimes severe, to shake out weaker hands. The retail needs to keep the faith, hang in there & enjoy the ride!

Linde India - Strong operational performance; Margins improve
Linde India started CY21 with impressive performance. The company reported strong growth in revenues, while meaningful improvement in margins led to sharp earnings growth during the quarter. As we have highlighted in our initiating report (30 March 2021), Linde India, after business integration with Praxair India, is well poised to register exponential earnings growth over the next 3-5 years, on the back of expected acceleration in demand for industrial gases in India and profitability improvement. While we have maintained earnings, we see meaningful upside to earning in CY21/22. We maintain buy on the stock with target price of INR 2,170 based on 45 x CY23e earnings.
