It's worth noting that when the land was sold on May 1st last year, the 16.78 million APE tokens were valued at $335M. However, their current value has significantly dropped to $34M, representing only 1/10th of their previous worth.

On May 1, 2022, Otherside successfully sold 55,000 plots at a unit price of 305 APE. The APE tokens obtained from the plot sales are locked for a period of 1 year.
Following the sale of the plots, the Otherside contract address, managed through the 0x163 address, will distribute the funds generated from the land sales. These funds amount to a total of 16.78 million APE and will be distributed to 7 different addresses.
Two hours ago, transactions occurred involving these addresses. Specifically, 4.7 million APE was transferred to Coinbase Prime, and 8 million APE was transferred to the multi-signature address 0xa07.
