Whether the feedback is done verbally or via a feedback survey, the person providing the feedback needs to know they have been understood and they need to know that their feedback provides some value.

When conducting a survey, always explain why respondents’ feedback is important and how their feedback will be used.

🦋Feedback can motivate🦋

By asking for feedback, it can actually motivate employees to perform better. Employees like to feel valued and appreciate being asked to provide feedback that can help formulate business decisions.

And feedback from client, suppliers and stakeholders can be used to motivate to build better working relations.

Listening : A Key Communication Skill ;!

🖍Effective listening can make the biggest difference in relationships and business.

🖍Listening is not inherited trait. A person develops this trait consciously.

🖍Effective listening should not be messed up with waiting until latter one stops speaking.

🖍Effective listening includes non-verbal and non-audible gestures n paying attention on what the speaker is trying to say.

🖌The ability to listen well is such a valuable skill that it can make a person unforgettable.

🖍The experience of listening varies from person to person.

🖌First, when person is doing his /her work during listening to another person and just pretending to listen. This one is not appreciated by anyone.

🖋Second, when some person is speaking, but listener is absorbed in anticipating the stuff which will go on. It looks like the person is listening but he/she is not understanding anything.

🖋Third, when listener is accepting only that stuff which is important to him/her.
​​How do vaccines work?

Vaccines contain weakened or inactive parts of a particular organism (antigen) that triggers an immune response within the body. Newer vaccines contain the blueprint for producing antigens rather than the antigen itself. Regardless of whether the vaccine is made up of the antigen itself or the blueprint so that the body will produce the antigen, this weakened version will not cause the disease in the person receiving the vaccine, but it will prompt their immune system to respond much as it would have on its first reaction to the actual pathogen.

Some vaccines require multiple doses, given weeks or months apart. This is sometimes needed to allow for the production of long-lived antibodies and development of memory cells. In this way, the body is trained to fight the specific disease-causing organism, building up memory of the pathogen so as to rapidly fight it if and when exposed in the future.

How to make a great start of your day

Wake up early --- This may sound weird to you. But this helps whenever you want a healthy start of your day. It eliminates the chances of regret of getting up late and messing upon everything. Hence, you may embark on your routine with much more confidence.

Meditation for few seconds --- It helps in cleansing of your thoughts. That is to say that you might be feeling overwhelmed with many negative thoughts which come with work pressure. But, after few seconds of meditation you could get rid of those impressions on your brain and make a fresh start of the day.

Manage your environment – If you can see temptations, you are more likely to be distracted by them, and therefore procrastinate. For example, a recent study found that having your phone out and in sight, even if you are not using it, can make you perform 20% worse than if you had put your phone away. The authors of this study state that ‘the mere presence of a cell phone may be sufficiently distracting to produce less attention’. Consider your working environment; is it conducive to the task at hand or one where procrastination can flourish?

How can you use healthy thinking to cope with anxiety?

Notice and stop your thoughts

The first step is to notice and stop your negative thoughts or "self-talk." Self-talk is what you think and believe about yourself and your experiences. It's like a running commentary in your head. Your self-talk may be rational and helpful. Or it may be negative and not helpful.

Ask about your thoughts

The next step is to ask yourself whether your thoughts are helpful or unhelpful. Look at what you're saying to yourself. Does the evidence support your negative thought? Some of your self-talk may be true. Or it may be partly true but exaggerated.
