Finally a green weekly candle. The first in 10 weeks. Though the crypto market at the end of the week suffered from the fall of the US stock indices, but the asset price managed to keep above the opening of the week. The weekend was relatively calm.
‼️Again like last Monday, the day starts with a green impulse candlestick. Keep in mind that such sharp moves in the current market phase have a direct correlation with the traders' emotions. For example, look at what's left of last week's momentum. The point is that you should not rush to jump into the market if it is a medium-term or short-term trade. To confirm some sort of local reversal, you should wait for the price to fix above the $32,500 level.
If to look more globally, the prices for long-term investing are very attractive now. Taking into account that moment, judging by SOPR metrics, the level of BTC long-term holders' capitulation enters the escalation zone. If we take the past experience, this is the zone where the formation of the long-term bottom usually started.
💥It doesn't mean that we should rally from the current prices. On the contrary, we can go even lower, but this indicator shows that the long-term bottom can be near and its formation can take more than one or two months. We should be patient and for investing we recommend the DCA strategy (buy certain assets every month for a certain amount of your allocated funds).
