I have come to understanding that there is a natural limit for a really hard, deep intellectual work which you probably cannot bypass by natural means and the only way of recharging is sleeping. Anything else is either going to bill you later or just misguide you because it isn't deep work (like stimulants do, and which are suited for shallow work) or just doesn't work.

How to download music in high quality (FLAC) or lossy quality (mp3)

1. Soulseek (http://www.slsknet.org) - peer-to-peer file-sharing network for music and other files. There you can find fancy collectors with terabytes of music of all genres. This is my main source of lossless music. If something doesn't come up in search that means either that content is not on soulseek, or that the owner of that content is offline. Pros: very powerful tool to download music that is on streaming services and ONLY there, i.e. it's not available anywhere else

Sometimes albums come with wrong metadata or no tags at all. To fix it download mp3tag and AIMP.

mp3tag allows to change the title of the track, artist name, album name, year, genre, track numbers, disk numbers, album artist, composer, comments, and add/remove cover. Also you can add the same tag into several files at once by selecting them with shift+click and adding the tag as usual.

AIMP allows to add all of the above plus ISRC, bpm of the song, track gains, and lyrics.
