вопше - і це моя проблема була поки я не просьок, коли дуже хочеться пить, вдупліть литр мінералки за 10 хвилин - погана ідея, бо вона просто прогониться в сечу і тіки ото пісять бігать, а жажда убавиться не ефективно. краще розтягнуть на годину+ і потім менше бігать пісять, для мене це прям відкриття було
