Печальная новость: 8 сентября не стало легендарного манула Петеньки из американского зоопарка Хогл 💔
Ему было 13 лет.
Он прожил долгую и прекрасную мануложизнь, внеся бесценный вклад в зоо популяцию манулов и оставив после себя огромную пушистую династию!
Мы приносим свои соболезнования сотрудникам зоопарка и всем манулолюбам в мире, ведь не влюбиться в эту очаровательную квадратную мордочку было просто невозможно! 💘
Милый Картошечка, нам будет тебя не хватать 😔
Пусть небесные степи будут для тебя ласковыми, бескрайними и полными пищух! 🙌🏻

Sad news came from Hogle Zoo in the U.S.: the legendary Petenka passed away on September 8 💔 He was 13 years old.
He lived a long and wonderful manul life, greatly contributing to the North American manul breeding program and became a founder of a vast fluffy dynasty!
We send our deepest condolences to the zoo staff and to all manulovers around the world. It was impossible not to fall in love with his adorable cute square face! 💘
Sweet Potato, we will miss you😔
May the steppes beyond the rainbow bridge be tender, boundless, and full of pikas for you! 🙌🏻

Увидеть это поистине редкое пушистое явление посчастливилось нашей подписчице-мануломану Helene!
Она пишет, что её визит к манулу Алтаю развивался практически по сценарию «Сказки о рыбаке и рыбке»:
👀👻 в первый подход к вольеру Алтая видно не было;
👀😴 во второй – кот спиной ко всем спал на своём балконе;
👀😼 а в третий – Алтай проснулся и с каноническим манульным подозрением обозревал окрестности.
Вот это удача!!!

She wrote that her visit to Altay developed almost like “The Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish”:
👀👻 She once approached Altay's house, Altay was nowhere to be seen;
👀😴 She approached his house again — Altay was sleeping on hist balcony turning hist back to everyone;
👀😼 When she approached his house for the third time — Altai was awake and looking around the neighbourhood with canonical manul suspicion.
What luck!!!
