My Problem With "Benevolent Sexism" and "Male Privilege"

I took a Social Psychology class this semester (I have to take a psych course for my degree) and I learned a new term, "Benevolent Sexism"- the idea that things that positive traits and actions are sexist. I've noticed things that benefit women are framed negatively, ex: a man paying for her meal as sexist, framing the privilege as secondary to the sexism while focusing on men's privileges while ignoring the costs. ex: men get higher pay than women (ignoring the disproportionately high male workplace deaths) It's just a way to keep the oppressor/oppressed narrative.

Mainstream narrative still largely lives in the 50-70s

Saw a post earlier pointing out how whenever a young man can sustain himself he isn’t celebrated socially as being an “independent man” that’s just seen as what he should do, and the comment section was flooded with people saying that it’s an “incel take” and that “women weren’t allowed to open bank accounts and were historically forced to depend on the man”.

IT IS NO LONGER THE 50-70s!!! Ffs women in current day are the majority in college/university, and in many sectors outearn men, young women have the same opportunities as young men now in 2026, the difference being that young women grow up with massive mainstream cultural narrative power on their side by default. Many young men grow up being told to suppress or minimise themselves and to not be proud their gender, and I see a lot of online content subtly communicating that men are not worthy of affection by default, like this comic strip depicting a trans woman on a date with another woman and the woman initiating intimacy first because “they used to initiate affection all the time as a man so now it’s finally time for them to receive it now that they’re a woman”. This type of stuff is very degrading to see as a young man and it subconsciously tells them they’re not inherently worthy of basic human connection.

What fields do feminists need to leave ASAP?

Yes, feminism is detrimental to every field of work. For which fields is it especially detrimental? What types of harm do feminists cause in these fields? Erosion of trust? Cheapening of effort and achievements? Death of businesses and industries? Safety hazards to workers and the public?

Men, do not be fooled.

Extreme “feminists” in the United States are clever enough to bypass laws and the justice system, doing things to harm men, without having to face repercussions for their actions. The laws of men are flawed, the very laws that are designed to protect society they have chosen to exploit for their own selfish agenda.

They constantly ACT like they are doing what they do out of goodness, for justice, for equality, retribution, etc. I am telling you here and now, that this is nothing more than deception to prevent themselves from being labeled for what they truly are. Evil.

They are bad people, wolves in sheep’s clothing. Pretending like they are justified in what they do, in order to get away with it. We might sympathize with them more if we believe they’re just helpless, naive beings that are too emotional. Nothing could be further from the truth.

They know what they are doing. They know we suffer. They know it’s wrong. And they are enjoying themselves. Do not make any mistake about it.

They are creating division within our country, trying to destroy everything, not for equality, but because they are high on the “power” that they have at this moment in time.

Make no mistake about it. Things will change, but men need to stop being silent, stop being complacent. Step up, complain, point out injustice when it occurs to you. If your HR department doesn’t care about the group of women at work making your life difficult, file a lawsuit. If women want to normalize these “mean girls” style cliques within society, to make men miserable then we need to file claims, and eventually it will become a known phenomenon that businesses/institutions will want to avoid, and policy will begin to change and our lives will improve. But we need to speak up. We need to be loud, and we need to fight this because our very lives and the future of this country depends on it.

They want you to submit quietly and suffer them, it brings them joy. The male suicide epidemic, the homelessness, the addiction, it’s all a byproduct of this sick society that does not care.

We need to face this together, do not be embarrassed, or ashamed. Bring attention to this whenever it affects you, make noise. You will always have people here to support you, and one day the world will be a different place.

This is our trial, and we must face it.

The case of Kingsman's removal from the Marvel Rivals Tournament is a perfect example of women's in-group bias and the women-are-wonderful effect

This is blowing up now (even an NBA team made a post including it), but in case you don't know about this debacle:

>A content creator named Kingsman, a college student, participated in a Marvel Rivals tournament with a significant ($40k) prize pool.

>Kingsman was placed on a team with players who were not taking the competition seriously. Specifically, a teammate ("zazza", a woman) reportedly played one character exclusively (a "1-trick") and refused to switch to help the team win.

>After Kingsman requested team composition changes to win the money, he was bullied and harassed by teammates, including team captain "cece", a woman.

>The tournament host (Basim, a man) kicked Kingsman out of the tournament based on "evidence" provided by the teammates who were harassing him.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women-are-wonderful\_effect

>...This research found that while both women and men have more favorable views of women, women's in-group biases were 4.5 times stronger than those of men. Furthermore, only women (not men) showed cognitive balance among in-group bias, identity, and self-esteem, revealing that men lack a mechanism that bolsters automatic preference for their own gender...

Tl:Dr: A team full of female players bullied and harassed a male player, but the event host removed the male player instead.

Feeling disgusted of women lately

I'm not here to particularly bash anyone but lately my view about women has gone from "woah I should impress her" to "just another soulless bitch".

As a 20year old I find this very much weird, up until last year I have seen them with utmost respect and an equal species. But since the birth of 2026 I can't see them as equal, I see them as narcissistic creatures who are only good at luring rich and influential men.

Certain events might have implanted this thought into my head, but I'm not going to discuss about that as of now.

But the overall thing is this perspective will not help me in the long run, I should respect them from bottom of my heart, not act like I respect them.

I don't even find actresses attractive or unique, I see them as another soul sucking empty creature. Porn might have slightly influenced this perspective on me, but in overall this is a broader phenomenon than just porn.

When a rich dude or good looking dude flirts its called flirting, rizzing. But when a mediocre looking, middleclass lad flirts it's called borderline harrasment. As a man I never respect or judge humans based on their looks and financial level but when the opp sex does this it kinda infuriates me.

If anyone got advise please tell

Crude jokes about circumcision

Today I heard women make crude jokes about male circumcision, in public, to their male friend. Of course nobody batted an eye.

It's okay for women to joke about that and, when men debate abortion, they're told "nO uTeRuS, nO oPiNiOn". Abortion, by the way, is an issue that impacts men so much more than male circumcision impacts women (especially since men lack their own reproductive rights).

Gaming is a vital frontier (unfortunately) in the struggle (if it's even happening) to stop feminist revisionism & attempts to conquer male spaces

Over the past two decades with the tremendous rise of the gaming industry, gaming has gone from being an almost entirely male hobby to a significantly less male-associated hobby. Since it's something that can appeal to anyone, more women have either started gaming or gone public with their status as avid gamers. Streamers and the such. Not a bad thing at all, gaming's an excellent pastime.

However, this does entail the risk of certain hostile anti-male trends being kickstarted in the broader gaming space and I doubt most female gamers will have what it takes to resist becoming (even unwittingly) the multipliers for these trends.

And like the title says, this will likely involve the archetypically feminist practice of revisionism to back up the general 24/7 red alert they'll be raising over "misogyny in gaming". Basically, feminists will converge on the gaming space, reaching out to female gamers (streamers for example) to push the idea that it was gamer misogyny that kept women away from gaming in order to keep the space 'monopolized' for men.

This'll be, like a plethora of other contemporary feminist claims/stances, a complete travesty of the truth and a concealment of the reality which is kinda the opposite. Which is that women historically regarded gaming as an icky hobby characteristic of low-status/loser males and equated gamers with losers and unattractive slobs. Not all women (duh) but this was definitely the single largest female opinion type on gaming.

I really think that, given the ease with which female gamers (esp if they're attractive) amass big followings on Twitch, Twitter etc, this propaganda will spread quite quickly and any blowback will be cited as "growing incel presence in gaming".

This'll be really shitty for a lot of guys since gaming has historically provided a lot of dudes an excellent break and/or escape from society.
