Adaptation is a skill you learn through adversity.

Change is constant.

Negative is normal.

You can’t have ‘only good things’ happening to you for the rest of your life.

Eventually you’ll need to adapt to less fortunate situations.

Success grows when you become ABLE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS.
You're not going to wake up feeling motivated and decide you want to change. And that's the last decision you're going to have to make. That's the first decision. You may not feel the same way in five minutes, but you still have to choose to change. In fact, every single time that you take an action that moves you in the direction that you want to go, and every single time you avoid an action that would take you in the opposite direction, you are choosing to change. And every single time you do something that moves you away from the version of yourself that you want to be, you are choosing to be the old version of yourself. You have to choose change constantly. And if you're doing it right, you're going to make that choice every single day, multiple times a day. Not just till you have the result you want, but for the rest of your life.
Word is bond.

Respect is earned through doing what you promised to do.

Don’t let your words speak louder than your actions.

Make sure what you say aligns with WHAT YOU DO!
Fortitude should be your priority.

Strengthening your mind is the key to recognising every challenge as an opportunity.

The stronger your mind the bigger the results you’ll be able to achieve.
I don't have to tell you what to do.

You know what to do. Are you in the best shape you could be in? No. Okay, go to the gym. Are you making the most money that you could possibly make? No. Okay, go learn a skill that makes more money. The problem is, is the work. It's getting from point A to point B. And that's what people have a problem with. And the connective tissue there is discipline. It is doing what you know you need to do, regardless of how you feel about it. It is the simplest concept in the history of mankind. Do what you know you need to do, regardless of the weather, your feelings, what's happened in your life. It doesn't do it, the only way to climb a mountain is to climb it. We all start in different places, but ultimately, if you want to get from where you are to somewhere better, it's going to take discipline. 💪
Reward yourself with what you value.

Life’s not about continuous discipline.

Life’s about loving the balance and aligning yourself with a greater purpose.

Calm down.

Don’t rush things.

Learn to reward yourself to motivate yourself!
Move your body in sync with your mind.

If your mind is racing, your body needs to keep up the pace.

Balance your energy.

Get up.

Move.
Relationship between your body and mind should be taken care of.

When your mind is racing, your body needs to keep up.

Love yourself.

Take care of yourself.

Build a strong relationship WITH YOURSELF.
The more time you spend watching others, the less time you have to build yourself.
Increase your actions.

Increase your lifestyle.

Increase your failures.

Increase your lessons.

Increase your opportunities.
Stack your skills to stack your wealth.

The world rewards those who solve problems with the skills they have acquired over time.

Stack it up!
You will either learn to
manage money, or the lack
of it will manage you.
Finish your work.

You won’t make a difference if you don’t know when to finish.

Most people try out something new and never get to the end result.

Learn to get things done.

Finish.

Repeat.

That’s the only way to achieve mastery.
You don't need more motivation you need a future so clear it scares you to waste time, a vision so strong it drowns out every excuse.

Because when the goal means everything, distractions mean nothing.

That's when discipline hits different :- not forced, not faked, just focused.
