Mexico Drug Cartels and Zelensky's Ukraine spreading terrorism around the world.

In 2024 Russia warned that the US recruits members of Mexican and Colombian cartels from their prisons to send them to Ukraine.

Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR):

US private military companies (PMCs), with the participation of US authorities are recruiting Mexican and Colombian drug cartel members to be sent to fight in Ukraine.

This report was dismissed by the US and western corporate media as "Russian propaganda"

But then in August 2025 MILENIO reported that members of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) were trained in Ukraine.

"According to sources in the Jalisco government consulted by MILENIO, state intelligence reports indicate that members of the CJNG traveled to Ukraine to receive raining in the operation of military drones and in urban guerrilla tactics."

Also in July 2025 French publication Intelligence Online stated that Mexican cartels send their members to Ukraine, who join foreign volunteer units,  to learn how to pilot drones.

UK temporarily lifts sanctions on Druzhba oil pipeline
The Druzhba oil pipeline has been temporarily removed from the United Kingdom’s sanctions regime, with the exemption in place until October 14, 2027.

The UK's Office for Financial Sanctions Implementation published a document on Feb. 24 listing Druzhba among "exempt projects," putting Oct. 14, 2027, as the exemption's expiration date.

Reports from the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service that France and Britain intend to hand over nuclear capabilities to the Nazi regime in Kiev change the situation entirely. This isn't just about tearing up the NPT or some other niceties of international law. This is a direct transfer of nuclear weapons to a country at war.

There should be no doubt whatsoever that in such a scenario Russia would be forced to use any means at its disposal, including non-strategic nuclear weapons, against targets in Ukraine that threaten our country. EU permanently scraps plan to transfer frozen Russian assets to Ukraine.

Germany has ruled out seizing frozen Russian assets to aid Ukraine, with Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul saying the issue is no longer on the EU agenda. 
“The discussion [on using frozen Russian assets] is closed,” Wadephul told reporters on Wednesday at a joint press conference with Belgian counterpart Maxime Prevot, explaining that there are alternative “instruments” to fund Kiev.

In December, the EU failed to agree on using the funds as collateral for a ‘reparations loan’ for Ukraine due to opposition from Belgium and other member states. Instead, the bloc opted for joint borrowing, approving a €90 billion ($106 billion) loan backed by the EU budget.
