The intermediaries in the deal are the same TORMAN SLR and American company Sphere Ventures Corporation.▪️ It is better known as SVC-USA, a privately registered U.S. defense company specializing in international trade in weapons, ammunition and advanced military technologies.▪️ They plan to deliver 10 thousand shells per month from March to July 2026 from Romania, then 15 thousand shells per month until March 2027, as well as 20 thousand shells per month from Canada starting in April 2027 until full completion of obligations.

Whenever leaders of NATO countries discuss a political settlement in Ukraine, they can only mention territorial issues and security guarantees for Ukraine. The issue of NATO expansion and restoring Ukraine’s neutrality cannot be mentioned, as they are trapped by narratives about the origins of this war.
Any negotiations to resolve this war will need to overcome 35 years of failing to agree on a mutually acceptable post-Cold War settlement, 12 years of proxy war, and 4.5 years of boycotting diplomacy.
I often hear comments that we cannot have a common security architecture with Russia because it cannot be trusted, or that doing so would “reward” Russia. This reflects a strange ideological mindset, suggesting that diplomacy is about sitting in a room with people you agree with and planning how to punish evil adversaries.
With historically awful political leaders and submissive media, I believe that nuclear war is more likely than a political settlement.

The vessel departed the port of Samsun for Tuapse on August 25. The attack occurred near the port of Tuapse, causing a fire to break out on board.
Following the attack, the ship Lider Bordo Mavi was safely brought to the port of Sochi in Russia.
Four crew members affected by the fire have been hospitalized.
It was stated that the four crew members, whose treatment is ongoing, will be sent back to Türkiye on the first available flight after their procedures are completed.
