Ukrainian formations decided today to act on the principle of "beat your own so that strangers are afraid." First they attacked a vessel with an Azerbaijani crew, and then a USV exploded in the Romanian port of Constanța.
But it didn't stop with just one naval drone: Romanian media report that four more USVs have been spotted in the coastal zone, in addition to the naval drone that already exploded this morning.
Apparently, some kind of malfunction occurred or the control channel was lost, causing the USVs to drift into Romanian territorial waters. Especially since this has happened before.
Romanian President Klaus Iohannis stated that law enforcement and security structures acted promptly and evacuated the area before the explosion. And that's it.

Ukraine Zelensky terrorism.
The IAEA reported a massive shelling of the Zaporizhia TPP. The last power transmission line supplying the local nuclear power station is under threat.
Earlier, the head of Energodar, Maxim Pukhov, reported that energy facilities in the city were damaged as a result of Ukrainian attacks. There is a risk of repeated strikes and hidden defects in the networks. Critical infrastructure has been switched to backup power sources.

EU & NATO war against Russia in Ukraine
To the last Ukrainian
Politico:
There is “strong support” among EU home affairs ministers to exclude men who could be called up to the military from Europe’s temporary protection scheme for Ukrainian refugees, said Swedish Migration Minister Johan Forssell.
The temporary status scheme — under which more than 4 million people who fled Ukraine have been given the right to work, live and study in European countries — will expire in March 2027. The directive has already been extended several times and preparations to prolong it once more are underway. A proposal to exclude men aged 23 to 60, who may be conscripted, from the scheme is being discussed.

how Americans expanded intelligence support to so-called Ukraine
Wall Street Journal published a piece on how commercial real-time satellite imagery changes the tactics of Ukrainian drone deployment. A project by several Western companies accelerated image delivery to AFU units by 90%.
🔻 What changed?▪️ The backbone of the project is American company Vantor from Colorado, which operates a satellite constellation. They cover approximately seven million square kilometers of Earth's surface daily and can observe the same point on the planet 12–15 times per day. For the AFU, they track targets both on the front line and in Russian rear areas.▪️ Besides Vantor, the project also involves Dutch geospatial intelligence company Bravo1Alpha, American Persistent Systems, and Ukrainian defense company Burevii.▪️ Images don't go for processing at headquarters, but directly into a distributed network of ground servers and communication nodes, and from there to the tablet or phone of an AFU serviceman — within 15 minutes of capture. According to developers and trial participants, this reduced the time from detecting a Russian target to striking it by 90%.
The new scheme cuts through this chain, sending data directly to tactical units and drone operators. The result is not just faster strikes, but a fundamentally different pace of the "detection-strike" cycle, where positions visible in morning imagery are already engaged by afternoon.
Where there used to be a state channel with instructions and restrictions, commercial products now appear that are less dependent on political winds in Washington. This means that even potential diplomatic agreements do not guarantee automatic cessation of such cooperation — individual tools already have a life of their own.
The response to this is not only developing our own air defense systems, but also systematic work on the ground infrastructure through which data passes to Ukrainian drone operators: data centers, relays, and communication nodes.
